"Our family of four stayed one brief night in Riad Meknes as a stopover during a drive from Tangier to Merzouga. "Fantastic property but lacking in service and food quality. We really enjoyed our two night stay but there is a disconnect between the facility and the service. You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."

"Tout s'est relativement bien passé cependant je regrette que, sachant que Meknès rencontre des problèmes de traitement d'eau (coupure d'eau entre 21h et 6h30 du matin), l'hôtel ne nous ait pas mis à disposition des bonbonnes d'eau pour notre toilette et autre (Nous étions 2 dans la chambre) .
