For every activity I booked, this hotel was considered to be too far from the city center. So, I need a taxi for everything.

"Beautiful property. Rooms are very nice and cozy. Insite restaurant is excellent. Really satisfied with our stay there"
"This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed.
The only downside was the breakfast buffet. Plates and food items were often in short supply—for example, there were cornflakes available, but no bowls or cold milk.
Still, overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Gabriela’s kindness and exceptional service more than made up for these shortcomings."
