This was very nice and clean. Check in was very easy. Charity was very friendly and showed us around the cottage and made sure there was nothing that we needed.
This is a unique stay, ideal for people who don't want the I-could-be-anywhere-in-the-US sameness of hotels, and who like to be a bit off the beaten path. Wonderful, unique cottages in a really peaceful, quiet, and safe surrounding.
One note - not about the property, but the town - I decided to walk to Blake's at Southern Milling for dinner - one of the places Chastity recommends - but it was overflowing even early in the evening, so definitely get yourself on a waitlist before heading over if you're going to go there.
Amazing hispitality from our hosts! Everything was stocked well, perfect location, beautiful property. Absolutely recommend staying here. We plan to stay in all the cabins.
This place is just amazing! The small cabins have everything that you need for a weekend away or for a week-long visit. Owners are great and make sure that you have everything you will need for the stay. They are quick to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here every time we go back to visit if they are available.
We went to Martin to see Bros Osborne at the Soybean Festival. This was our first trip to Martin, but hopefully not our last. Charity and Clint were so helpful and the Davy Crockett Cottage was perfect. Don't miss out on this little hidden gem in Tennessee.
