Nestled in the peaceful small village of Kranzeti, in Umag area, next door to Casa Oliva, Casa Peronospora is a traditional, detached stone house with 2-bedrooms. From this secluded setting, surrounded by scented pine woods and unspoilt countryside, this holiday home with pool offers a serene escape to a picturesque and tranquil haven.
Dating back to 1920, this traditional Istrian villa for rent retains much of its original charm and character. Set in spacious surroundings, it has a well-maintained garden with a variety of trees and plants, and a paved terrace area ideal for al fresco dining. Offering comfortable accommodation in a relaxed and homely environment, it has a spacious lounge/dining area with rustic-style furnishings, a tiled floor and a central table with four chairs. The lounge also has a convertible sofa bed and a wood-burning stove that guests are welcome to use. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room, a well-equipped kitchen and a downstairs washroom. Reached by a somewhat steep spiral staircase, the upstairs accommodation comprises one double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower.
Outside, the paved terrace has a large stone-built BBQ to the side of the villa, and a lawned garden area with a small, outdoor swimming pool measuring 6 x 3 m. The property is completely fenced.

Casa Peronospora is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 2 pets allowed. Pet fee in amount of 10€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival.
