"Vor allen Dingen kalt. Während die Nachbarn im T Shirt Frühstückten, hätten wir das im Mantel tun müssen. Heizkörper wurden nur lauwarm. Der Duschkopf fiel meist aus der Verankerung weil der Schlauch verkehrt herum montiert wurde.Tagsüber wurde die Rollade heruntergelassen weil andere Gäste immer neugierig zum Fenster hereinschauten, von der weißhaarigen Dame vom Haus gegenüber mal zu schweigen. über die Renovierung (Anstrich) haben wir nur gelacht. Loch in der Schlaftimmerdecke statt...

"Kleine gemütliche Unterkunft, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Leider sehr hell, was durch Verdunkelungsrollos aber erledigt wäre. Hellhörig ist es auch, wir aber nicht empfindlich. Fußläufig ist ein tolles griechisches Restaurant und gegenüber ein schöner Spielplatz! Für uns war es das Richtige. "

"Verreist sind wir für 2 Tage, als Familie mit 4 Kindern. Das Haus ist kernsaniert, schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wirkt größer als erwartet und bietet auch eine Terrasse wo man ganz nett Essen kann. Die Straßen sind sowas von eng, aber wir konnten mit dem großen Bulli trotzdem gut durch( Parkplatz am Ende der Straße- 100 m weiter, nicht vorm Haus) Diese Siedlung im Ort läd einfach nur zum spazieren ein… ne schöne Kirche ist in der Nähe. Ich würde die Ecke als „besonders“ einstufen. Die...

Did not receive an email in advance with key code as advertised, but we found the location early and the cleaning staff happened to be there and kindly rang for us. Bathroom modern and comfortable beds. The only thing to improve would be better lighting in the kitchen and perhaps a settee - weather wasn't brilliant so would have added a bit of comfort. "

Die Bettwäsche war feucht und roch muffig, und selbst nach mehreren Tagen Lüften besserte sich die Situation nicht. "We had a two night stay for a combined work and vacation stop in Groningen. This hotel was recommended to us by my local business contact and it was as good as imagined. Outstanding service from the staff, great location in the heart of Groningen and a short walk to all of the nice restaurants and attractions, and comfortable rooms are all part of the offering. The breakfast buffet is on par with most of the European deluxe class hotels. The rooms themselves are of average to slightly smaller sizes but good amenities inside the rooms. If you’re traveling to Groningen this is the place to stay!"

"This is a very cute hotel. It is older and thus has some older facilities. Our transactions with the staff were friendly and efficient. We definitely felt welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable. No frills but everything we needed it to be. As in many older hotels, the shower was small but adequate. My wife and I jokingly called it the "cruise ship shower." It is in a very convenient location to walk to the Martini tower or the Groninger Museum. Lots of dining options and near by grocery stores. The breakfast the offer has breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit and some cereals. I'd certainly stay here again. We had a lovely time. "
