From the rooms there is access to a lovely outdoor veranda, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners in total tranquility.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the corridor serving the rooms and kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker and outdoor shower. Free parking is conveniently available on the street, right in front of the house. The location is really strategic: next to the structure there is a bar and a supermarket, the sea is just 200 meters away, while the first equipped beach can be reached in just 500 meters.
