「What was unique was the peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Staff was unusually helpful, pleasant and polite. Manuella at the desk always greeted us with a smile and deserves 5 stars fro her service. What I did not like was the hotel has a laundry service for an exhorbitant rate. They should just find a place and install self srvice machines, as then people would plan longer stays there because the peace and tranquility that comes from the mountain views is super amazing.」

「Väldigt trevligt med pool och bastu. Perfekt att man kunde ladda bilen utanför med bara ett kreditkort utan att behöva en app. 」

「Good location of the hotel, and new modorn building. Not only Car parking fee 12EUR/day, but also 20EUR/Day was charged to a dog. But NO any service were given for our dog such as water bowl, blanket etc. Probably the hotel would excuse the cost for clean up, but during our 5 nights staying, only 2times cleaned up and towels exchanged even onece I requested.」

「Ein außergewöhnlich, schönes, familiäres Hotel. Wohlfühlen wird hier groß geschrieben. Der Service beim Frühstück aufmerksam, freundlich, stets gut gelaunt und extrem hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich eine Oase zum Erholen. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr stilvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es war für mich insgesamt ein unvergesslicher Urlaub - das erste Mal in Bayern - Ruhpolding - eine gute Adresse. Vielen herzlichen Dank!」
