Fine apartment in Überlingen/Goldbach with ground-level access on the ground floor of a detached single-family house. The apartment offers a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped separate kitchen with dining area, and a living/sleeping room with two single beds (90x200 cm – the beds cannot be pushed together).



A parking space for your car and a covered storage area for your bicycles are available next to the apartment. For rainy days, there is a small flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. In good weather, a small terrace invites you to relax.



Lake Constance with a bathing area is only a few minutes’ walk away. The grounds of the former Federal Garden Show are also within walking distance. The nearest public lido is Strandbad West next to the thermal baths, which you can reach in about 15 minutes on foot or in about 3 minutes by car (parking garage available).
