The apartment is equipped with all the essential amenities to make your stay unforgettable!<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br><br><br>- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, split A/C, and Smart TV;<br><br>- BEDROOM with double bed, closet, and split A/C;<br><br>- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (one split unit in the bedroom), washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: The entrance hallway to the apartments is shared with other guests.
