It was also a treat to watch a complimentary traditional dance performance starting at 7:00 PM, and the restaurant staff treated us very kindly.
However, the staff member who escorted us from the front desk to our room spoke very quickly; even though it was clear we weren't fully catching what was being said, they maintained their rapid pace throughout, forcing us to double-check several important details.
I was also left dissatisfied with the facilities. Considering the price, the plumbing areas (such as the washbasin, toilet, and shower) were rather basic and underwhelming.
The biggest issue was that a corporate event was scheduled for the day after our stay; workers were shouting to communicate and conducting microphone tests while setting up poolside decorations—activities that continued late into the night and started again early in the morning. While I appreciate that it was likely a hectic rush job, that is of no concern to the hotel guests.
