This is a one-of a kind old hotel in the center of Stenungsund, the rooms are small and quirky, not soundproof (you can hear snoring through the wall), but my room has a small balcony, a weird but fun bathroom sunken down a few steps, and the breakfast was great. It is tight with space, but cozy and old-fashioned Swedish way. I love it, but it will not be for people that want modern fancy. This is historical instead.

Although there was an issue with our assigned room, the staff immediately sorted it out and got us set in an identical one without question or delay. Couldn't have asked for more.

Visited on the offseason and loved it. Hotel was well kept with all modern conveniences. Staff were friendly. We had the island almost to ourselves which allowed us to see more during nature hikes and had dinner in town where the locals embraced us so as to make us feel most welcome.

If I could rate this hotel higher, I would! We were impressed from start to finish with the level of thought and care which has gone into every detail of the property. The space was charming, clean, and very comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was especially nice, with a wide range of delicious options. The common areas were immaculate, and speaking with the host was a pleasure in itself! You can’t go wrong with this place.

Very Nice place. Bery Nice rooms, it is biljard shuffel and table tennis. A lot for people to do. It is a Nice Beach near by. Is it excellent in every way. The only ting I can complain about is the food. But I am used to Norway. The cofee is no good and the cheeese eggs and ham is not the same as home. So the breakfast I didnt like,but again it is wath you are used to.
