Conveniently located hotel

Service was excellent. Hotel was conveniently located to everything. We were located on the ground floor and we could hear people from upstairs walking around frequently which was a bit disturbing. For the amount we paid and days which we stayed, we found it amusing that the hotel didn't provide body lotion and asked us to buy from a convenience store instead...so take your own body lotion.

The service was friendly, warm and genuine. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed and the grounds are stunning. It was so peaceful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Amazing experience

The pictures do not do justice to this place. The villa, the service, the food, ... Everything was impeccably perfect.

Location Plus! Service Plus!

Absolutely best location for hotel in Ubud. Walking distance to retail, restaurants, Art Market too. We stayed in Royal Suite - 2 level. Will get a 1 level next time as prefer bath & bed on same level just a personal preference. Great room #101. Housekeeping didn't replace bath items used, but a quick call to them for items required was an easy fix. Breakfast selection basic but good. Staff were excellent though, nothing ever too much. Would definitely stay here again. The pool was great too. Good value for 4 Star Hotel in Ubud.

Great place to stay

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. It is beautiful and quiet. The balcony and views are amazing.
