居心地がよいホテル

・1月のウブドのため雨が降るだろうということで，東屋があるホテルを探してこのホテルにしました。・「Village Suite 1 Villa」というヴィラを予約しました。敷地の中でもっともよい場所にあるヴィラで，「４３２」と番号のヴィラでした。掃除は，1日2回あります。しかし，15時ごろになっても来ない日があり，電話で督促をしてやってもらいました。そのようなところはとても残念です。・ガラディナーが希望制ではなく，全員参加のため12月31日に参加しました。19時から20時までがカクテル，立食でした，19時に行ったため途中で飽きてしましました。20時ごろにレストランに移動する連絡があり，レストランに移動しました。席はヴィラごとの指定席でした。ヴィッフェスタイルの食事でお肉中心でした。飲み物は紅茶以外別料金でした。1グループ1テーブルのため，気を使う必要はありませんでした。服装もみんなカジュアルでした。私たちは，21時30分ごろまで食事やステージを見ながら過ごし，会計を済ませて，ヴィラに戻りました。夜の1時ごろまでやっていたようです。でも1時を過ぎるととても静かになりました。海沿いのホテルだと朝方まで重低音の音楽が鳴り続け，花火などでとても寝ることができませんが，こちらのホテルは，1時頃だととても静かになりました。・ホテルから歩いて5分程度の場所にコンビニ，レストランなどたくさんありました。ウブドの街中にも歩いて行ける距離です。ウブドの町にはシャトルバスで行くことができます。1時間に1本あります。予約をする必要はありません。ホテルを00分に出発して10分程度でウブドの街中にある系列のホテルに到着します。帰りは，その系列のホテルを15分に出発します。系列のホテルが出発なので，シャトルバスを待つ間そのホテルのロビーで待つことができます。シャトルバスが到着すると系列のホテルスタッフが案内してくれます。・朝食は少し残念な感じがします。メニューを見て注文するスタイルです。コーヒーorティー，果物，卵料理，パン，フルーツジュースが基本となっています。ナシゴレン，おかゆなどのインドネシア料理もありました。正直少し寂しいです。夕食は，ガラディナーを除いて2回ともホテルの外で食べました。・送迎は，ホテルに頼みました。サヌールからの送迎（35万ルピア）と空港までの送迎（60万ルピア）です。ホテルに送迎を頼むと安心があります。事前に日本からメールで頼んでおきました。

I went the halfday trip with the hotel driver. He was so kind and told me a lot about Ubun culture. I'll never forget about that wonderful day in Ubud. Thank you, Mr.Karan!! Every staff always smiles so nicely. I didn't feel any stress there. So peaceful. Yoga class was also wonderful.

予定を立てずに行って大正解でした．

4泊5日の滞在．ホテル滞在を満喫することが目的でした．毎日のアフタヌーンティー、ヨガクラス（火曜日と金曜日のみ）、ジム、プール、レストランでの食事、敷地内のお散歩、スパ、私が利用したのはこのくらいかな、、、あと1度だけシャトルサービスで街中へも行きましたが、すべて大満足の時間を過ごすことができました．ヴィラは古いので少し立て付けが悪かったりシャワーが出にくくなったりしたけど、対応の早さは驚きでした．レストランで食事をし終えたときスコールがやまず部屋までどうしよう、と相談するとすぐにバギーを呼んで送ってくれたり、お散歩中のスコールの際も傘を持って走ってきてくれたり、スタッフメンバーの心使いは感動物です．また行きたいと思っています．

レストランがお勧めです

プールヴィラに3泊滞在しました。ヴィラはある程度古さが目立ちましたが、快適に過ごせます。天候に恵まれたこともあり、屋外にあるバスタブとレインシャワーがとても気持ちよかったです。唯一残念だったのは交通量の多い道路から近く、車やバイクのエンジン音が終日聞こえてきたことです。もっと道路から離れた部屋であれば静かだったのかもしれません。ホテルの車をチャーターして半日ツアーに出掛けましたが、サービス精神旺盛なドライバーでとても有意義な観光ができました。お勧めです。最後に、ここのレストランはとても美味しく、他の人気のあるお店よりも味がいいと思います。ナシゴレンやレッドカレー、是非試してみてください。

快適を求めるなら間違いなし

ウブドのメインストリートから少し離れているので、とても静かで田園風景を眺めながらのんびりできます。スタッフもとても親切で笑顔で対応してくれます。部屋、設備は少し古いかもしれませんがとても綺麗で清潔感あり。朝食はどれもとても美味しく、特にフロレンティンがとっても美味しかったです。メインプール、プライベートプール共に綺麗で快適でした。スパは、フットリフレクソロジーとマニキュアしましたが施術の部屋が寒く、高いわりに普通だったので、あまりオススメしません。。。やるならケチらずフルボディマッサージが良いと思います。また行きたいホテルです。

静かでゆったりとした時間が過ごせるホテル

日本人スタッフの方がいてとても安心できた。朝プールサイドでのヨガがとてもステキでした。他の宿泊者とあまり顔をあわせることもなく、静かに落ち着いて滞在できた。

田園に囲まれた素敵なホテル

田園に囲まれた素敵なホテルでした。特に朝食会場になっているレストランの２階からの田園の眺めが素晴らしい。また、食事がとても美味しかった。美味しかったので、２回ディナーをいただきました。超高級ホテルのような至れり尽くせりという感じではないが、スタッフの皆さんの素朴な関わりが好印象でした。

ウブドの静寂に満たされるホテル

ウブド中心街から少し離れているので、より静かでウブドらしさを楽しめました。毎朝ライステラスを眺めながらおいしい朝食を食べれます。お部屋も広く、天蓋ベッドで快適でした。何よりもスタッフの方がみんな親切で、名前で呼んでくれたり、カートで送ってくれたりして、笑顔で接してくれました。日本人スタッフのジュリさんには、最初から最後までお世話になりっぱなし。ジュリさんのおかげでより良い旅となりました。本当にお勧めしたいホテルです。

Perfect relaxing atmosphere! Attentive but not over the top service. Property a bit dated but well maintained. Privetly owned property which makes the difference, not like a chain hotel! Excellent food (breakfast and dinner) and good value for money! Little oasis in the buzzling city of Ubud!

We loved it. Tolle Unterkunft und Anlage mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal und sehr guten Essen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, auch weil die Anlage eine übersichtliche Größe hat und man kaum anderen Gästen begegnet. Unsere Villa mit Blick auf die Reisterrassen hat nichts vermissen lassen. Wir wären sehr gerne auch noch länger geblieben bzw. würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Wonderful and peaceful

Wonderful stay, beautiful tranquil resort with the friendliest staff we encounted, they went out if their way and beyond to make our stay memorable, nothing was too much trouble. The gardens and surrounds are beautifully kept. This was our second visit and we will be back.

Peaceful but close to town

Location was good easy to walk into town with only a short stretch of road with no pavement, this was more than made up for with a perfectly peaceful villa private pool and fantastic staff just great. Photos do not do it justice

Not too far from Ubud Center although traffic sometimes makes it difficult to travel anywhere. Beautiful grounds. .

Great resort in beautiful area

The grounds are picturesque and facilities well looked after and the villas are in good order. I would suggest asking for a place away from the front of the resort as they are quieter. On site restaurant is good for breakfast and there is a shuttle bus service is offered hourly to the sister hotel in the centre of town. Ubud has plenty of attractions, shopping and dining we had to plan a day just to stay by the pool. Would stay here again.

Outstanding scenery and service!

Amazing hotel very well located within Ubud. One of the nicest hotel I have stayed at with a excellent service and staff. Varying breakfast everyday and outstanding scenery. Highly recommend it. We spent for nights there and never had a complaint. The villas are amazing and the private swimming poils, outside bath and showers and central bedroom make for a very unique experience.

Un véritable paradis au coeur des rizières, un complexe hôtelier dispersé dans un superbe jardin botanique, le tout entretenu de manière impeccable avec un personnel aux petits soins pour satisfaire nos moindres désirs. Nous avons été fascinés par l'architecture empreinte de la philosophie balinaise, par l'originalité des petits déjeuners, par la générosité des "afternoon teas", par la beauté de la piscine, bref, une expérience à renouveler.

A friendly haven which could do with updating

A welcome haven away from the madness of Ubud. Lovely grounds with some nice touches such as a daily free afternoon tea and the hourly shuttle bus into Ubud. The main pool was beautiful as were the restaurant buildings and the grounds. However, our villa felt very tired - the indoor and outdoor shower both trickled out water, despite using at different times of the day (i.e late at night or afternoon when demand was likely to be lower) and the ponds in the villa were really dirty and murky - the fish could barely be seen. Internally, the villa was nice but the fixtures and fittings could do with some updating / refeshing. It was a little disappointing given the price point of the villas and the fact that the hotel boasts many luxury boutique hotel accolades - it didn’t feel particularly luxurious, in my opinion. I stayed in 2 much nicer quality hotels in Bali on this trip for less money per night. Perhaps we were unlucky with our villa allocation. Despite our disappointment with the quality of the room, we found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming; the restaurant food was lovely (we only ate there one night) and the breakfast set menu (changing daily) was a refreshing change from the repetitive buffet set-up.

Very nice hotel and gardens with Villa experience. Main pool area also very good. Staff very enthuiastic to ensure guests needs are met. Shuttle free of charge into sister hotel every hour up until 10pm quite handy as taxis are rare in Ubud and charge too much.

Jungle getaway

The ubud village resort is situated on a luscious, beautiful green setting, with an authentic feel that would be hard to rival. It’s truly in the jungle, and you are reminded of that with breathtaking views across the whole site. We stayed in the pool view villa, which was amazing. It had its own pool, 3 day beds, a small kitchen and many other great things. It was very spacious and luxurious. The only slight problem is that, because it really is in the wilderness, there are a lot of bugs. But this is easily countered by closing your doors at all times. The pool area is amazing! The pool itself is massive, and it’s design is truly breathtaking. It overlooks the grounds of the resort, filled with fruit, reeds and a beautiful variety of well-kept plants. Overall it was a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for that authentic ubud getaway!

We stayed at the Hotel for four nights and it has been a fantastic experience. The staff is super friendly, the facilities clean and overall, our experience has been amazing. We can only recommend to book here.

Amazing Ubud Resort!

We had an amazing stay at the Ubud Village Resort & Spa. The hotel itself is extremely relaxing and surrounded by rice fields. The location is great for walking (or taking the free hotel shuttle) to local Ubud restaurants and bars. The private villa was incredible and somewhat affordable in comparison to others we looked at in Bali. We loved the staff and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Ubud.

Beautiful villa - the plunge pool is so inviting!

The villa has a beautiful glassed in bedroom area complete with outside bath and both inside and outside showers. We wondered if the room would live up to the photos on website and the reality was even better than the photos!

Great resort, spoilt by a non working drainage.

This resort is for people who really wants to get away from it all. It is quiet, out of the main tourist spots and facilities are just sufficient for a comfortable stay with minimum modern day comfort. Facilities are adequate. However my room was below par. My drainage was choke the day I checked in. It didn't get fixed even by the day I checked out.
