The grounds were lovely and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

Great place to stay

Great, comfortable place to stay in walking distance to where you want to be. It is very new so the cleanliness is a good standard. I only stayed 2 nights & would have stayed my entire time in Ubud but I prefer somewhere with a pool.

Crap service gave booking to someone else

When i arrived they had no room even though I had paid in advance They tried to make me get on the back of a motor bike to go somewhere else I am 60 They tried to get me to leave without my bags promising to send them" later" After 2 hours they got a car and I was dropped at the top of a hill and had to carry my own suitcase down a steep walkway almost falling over several times Worst service i have ever had overseas. I am disappointed in expedia as well for not making sure bookings are kept and for not providing better service to fix up problem. I would not have stayed at the place they sent me if I had a choice

Quiet but close to city center

Quiet , comfy and spacious rooms , we had balcony room, few stairs but worth the effort, fantastic shower, internet a bit slow sometimes but wasn’t an issue , good breakfast with fresh fruit and juice and coffee to start your day . Very Helpful staff . Will definitely comeback . Thanks Gatra inn .

Affordable & nice hotel

I stayed there for 7 nights. It was a very clean, spacious & comfortable room. The bed is comfy to sleep in. All staff were friendly. The location was also good. It's close to the main road and everything in a walking distance. Only they do not have a TV and a swimming pool. But I didn't mind it at all. It's kind of located in the back street, so you don't have to worry about any party or bar music at night.

ウブドの街に近いコスパの良いホテル

ウブドの中心にほど近いホテルです。 安いので多くのものは期待はしてませんでしたが、コスパは良いです。 また利用したいです。 ヘアードライヤーはお願いすれば貸してくれます。 朝食は前日にメニューから選び、朝食の時間を伝えると準備してくれます。中庭でのんびり食べることができます。

ぶっちゃけ初日・翌日の印象では最低評価を付けようと思ったんですよ。だってバスタオルをもう1枚もらおうとしたら(ふかふかの枕だと首が痛くなるので、細く丸めたバスタオルを首のカーブに当てて寝たいのです)何号室で宿泊客は何名で(1名なのに)どうして余分にバスタオルが必要なのか事細かに説明を求められるし、翌日の朝食後に仮眠してたらこちらが起きてドアを開けるまでドアをドンドンドンドン！！！！叩いて無理やりにでも室内清掃しようとするし。室内に電気ポットがないのでお茶を飲むためのお湯が欲しいと言ったら1回10000ルピア(約100円)かかると言うし。何なんだ!!(怒)と。でもまぁ、生活上(当方、徹夜で上演される伝統的影絵芝居の研究をしています)朝は起きるのが遅いから室内清掃をお願いしたい時はこちらから言うし、毎日でなくても構わないetc、何でもこちらからきちんと話せば分かってくれます。結局、お願いすると魔法瓶に入れたお湯をタダでくれました。水道水を沸かしたものなので、インドネシアでの生活が長くない方はお腹を壊す可能性もゼロではないですが…。こちらのゲストハウスは何事も要相談です。何でも話せばスタッフも考えてくれます。滞在中に重い生理が来てにっちもさっちも行かなくなった時に買い物に行ってきてくれた恩は忘れません。助かりましたありがとうございます。ちなみにWi-Fiは不安定だったのでweb閲覧はできますがskypeはできません。そのためskypeを使用しての語学レッスンができませんでした。TVもありません。(あった形跡はありますが)。近所にレストランやランドリーがあります。バイクに乗れるかGojekというバイクタクシーのアプリがあればそこそこ生活には困りません。部屋は清潔でした。朝食はピサンゴレン(揚げバナナ)が個人的に好きでした。

소음과 서비스면에서 별로였어요.

데스크쪽 룸에서 묵다가 룸에서 시큼한 냄새때문에 참을 수 없었고, 바로옆이 공사장에 닭이 살고 있어 방을 옮겨달라고 했는데 풀부킹이라고 안된다고 해서 어쩔 수 없나보다 했는데 그날 그 방 비어있더군요.. 다음날 왜 룸이 비어있냐 그래도 미안하단 말 한마디를 안하더군요. 다시 옮겨달라고 해서 데스크 반대방향으로 옮겼어요... 그 룸은 냄새도 안나고 소음도 적고 좋았으나 서비스면에서는 별로였습니다. 이 정도 룸컨디션에 수영장 포함된 홈스테이는 찾아보면 많은듯요..

ウブド散策するには位置が最高

最高の立地で、ハノマン通りから東に一本ずれた南北の道に接していて、ハノマンまでもすぐ。スタッフも精力的にしごとをして、英語の不備な私の意向をくみ取って助けになろうと関わってくれます。ホームステイ的なもので、ホテルの快適さとは、大きく異なります。スイートが１室だけで　そこに２泊したのですが、少し昼間でも暗いのが難点でした。向きからみて、スイートでない部屋は明るいと感じました。 ５分以内に美味い麺レストランや、日本人経営のワルンがあり、９０円のカステラわ絶品でした。

Beautiful guesthouse, close to everything

The room was clean and spacious. The suite was fantastic, huge bathroom and perfect shower. The standard rooms were nice as well, slightly smaller. Only complaint was that the wifi was spotty in the rooms. It worked well in the courtyard. Also, no television, but we weren't there to watch tv. ]

Second booking bungle using Hotels.com.

I cannot rate this hotel because when I arrived at 1.30 pm they were booked out. I had to stay elsewhere. Luckily the manager allowed me to stay at another hotel he had. Second time in a row, I have had a major hassle booking in using Hotels.com.

在该酒店预订了接机，但到达后才被告知此酒店当晚FULL了，要被安排到另外的公寓，而且我预订的是双床房，但去到公寓后只能安排大床房给我，奇怪的是我是提前差不多2个月已经预订好的房间，竟然到达后才说没有了房间，搞什么鬼？
