Très mécontente, j'ai du repayer ma nuitée car l'hotel n'a pas accepté le paiement de Hotels.com.
J'avais reçu un mail de votre part me disant que la chambre était réservée et réglée !!! ??? J'ai donc payé 2 fois ma nuitée.

The hotel is near market. It’s good. But My room has the bad smell from bathroom, I don’t like it.

Good but on down hill slide
The staff are great and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The problem with many hotels in Thailand of this age is the condition of the hotel in general. Few Thai hotels have a maintenance program and a staff reporting system to keep the hotel in top condition. Most times staff will see something but think its not their job to report it. Because of that the hotel will soon loose status. This hotel is only held together at this point by good staff doing their job and only their job. Its up to management where this goes from here. Loose staff and not do anything will mean a drastic loss of customers.
