Ao chegarmos encontramos a recepção em obras, muita poeira, materiais de construção e ínúmeros pedreiros. Os elevadores não estavam em funcionamento em virtude da obra, tendo de serem religados para podermos usá-lo já que nos hospedaram no quarto andar. O vaso sanitário encontrava-se parcialmente entupido e com um vasamento de água na duchinha o que inundava o banheiro. Como tenho problema de refluxo e preciso de elevar o nível da cabeça ao dormir, a noite desci e fui a portaria solicitar um travesseiro a mais e tive a minha pretensão negada sendo alegado que existia proibição neste sentido. Portanto a minha estadia foi péssima e não recomendo este hotel, pois para ser ruim precisam melhorar.
