「オークランドコンベンションセンターで開催されるテックカンファレンス出席のために宿泊。12st St. Oakland City CenterというBARTの駅からものすごく近いため、オークランドを中心にサンフランシスコ市内へ出たりする際にもかなり便利。
建物自体はまあまあ年季が入っている。エレベータとかはまあまあボロい。とはいえ、部屋はかなりちゃんとしていてすごく快適。水回りもキレイでとくになんのトラブルもなかった。部屋はベッドの専有面積が結構ある。
モーニング無料が結構うれしい。建物の地下に食堂的な場所があり、シリアルとかヨーグルト、ジュース、コーヒー（デカフェもある）、パンなどが好きなだけ食べられる。自分は毎朝6-7時くらいに活用していたが、かなりいろいろ充実している割に利用者が少ないのがちょっと悲しい。」
