"We absolutely loved our stay at the Sonesta Hotel. The rooms were very clean. The Lobby had a modern feel with cozy vibe. Walking distance to the Baltimore convention Center. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone. The price was right."

"The finer cleaning details aren't paid attention to in this hotel. The desk in the queen suite was dirty and stained, the sink was clogged in the kitchenette. The pool floor is dirty. Breakfast is not impressive, some days we decided to go and pay for food elsewhere."

"The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The room was not handicap friendly (there are raised strips between the entryways) and there were a lot of stains on the sofa and chair. The bed was lower, soft, and very comfy."

"The hotel was nice it was clean. The only problem I had was with the elevators. You had to wait for maintenance or a desk employee to come and let you up to your floor. In the meantime you had to either wait or go looking for someone"

"This hotel is fairly new. The common areas and room were very clean, spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. I dont remember reading anywhere when making my reservation that the parking garage is a block + away, and is $10 per day if you leave the car there or $20 per day to "come and go". You can unload at the curb and check in, and then move the car, use a ticket, have it validated each day, etc. Not ideal. The breakfast was ok enough. There are also cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I would stay at the hotel again, but only after researching an alternative w a guest parking lot."

"As soon as I walked in everything felt fresh and clean. The room was really nice, not anything really special beyond standard but it felt fairly updated and most importantly clean! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and I loved the breakfast area and the waffle maker. I wish I had a longer stay to check out more of the amenities. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Not as expected. Very out dated more like a motel. Will not book again and don’t recommend. Although staff was very kind and respectful but again the inside of the building, hallways and room was NOT up to date and VERY creepy. Giving a motel vibe. The outside of the building is well kept which is deceiving. Inside needs a lot of work."
