"A clean, comfortable King bed, microwave, good sized fridge, and good channel selection on the tube. Included breakfast was decent, too. Price was very good for the area. Staff was outstanding, and they have a nifty outside fire pit area. Will stay again, AAA+.

"The property showed some age and needs some renovations but it was clean, conveniently located, easily accessible and walkable, and priced right for the stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating and I have no complaints worth mentioning. And honestly somehow, whatever cable/satellite package they had was too notch. I know it's silly but I saw more options on that TV than any hotel I've ever stayed in. Only thing I wish is that they had breakfast but given its location, we easily found some at nearby restaurants. "
"There was no one there to check us in when we arrived. We attempted to call every number available for the facility with no answer. We searched the property for a staff member to no avail. After 45 minutes we abandon our reservation and went somewhere else. After contacting the facility for a refund they said basically that we're not eligible because we didn't get there early enough in the day. Had no time was anything indicated that there was a deadline for checking in during the reservation process. Needless to say I am irritated beyond belief that I am out several hundred dollars for a reservation that I did not use. I even selected the protection in the event something had to change. I don't feel I should have to pay for rooms that we did not stay in especially since there was no staff to let us in. That' s not a me problem, that's a them problem. Please see if it's possible to issue a refund. We are a non-profit business and every penny counts. We can't afford to lose over $300 just because somebody wasn't there to do their job. I appreciate anything you can do"
