「道にわかりやすく標識が出ていて分かりやすい。ところが、門を入っても建物は見えない。林のなかを周って200メートルほどで抜けたところに建物がある。スタッフの対応は丁寧。いたるところ清潔感が感じられる。バスルームは共用だが、二部屋に一室の割であり、全く不自由は感じない。朝食は、コンチネンタルだが、三、四種類のチーズと、ハムもあり、一日ならば、不足感はない。」

「Property was good. Room clean, comfy bed only issue was the indians next door smelt very strong and our window didnt close - room 2. Other then that ideal for a night stay 」

「Would be nice when booking to be told there is no tv in the room as the one i selected on the picture it showed a tv. 」

「サウスシールド駅から徒歩10分くらい。周りには食べ物屋がずらり。5分歩けば海が見れるいいロケーション。バス停も近く、サンダーランドまではバスのほうが楽でした。管理人は面白いおじさんで、朝食もおいしい。ちょっと多いけど。ネックは部屋でtake away が食べれないことと、空港から遠いこと。 2泊以上するならオススメです。」

「The room was relly nice and me and the family loved it the service was great and location was relly good will defo be coming to stay again 」

「It was located on the main street of Tynemouth. We could see the sea at the end of the road. We were not disturbed by noise. There were lots of well rated cafes and restaurants. The owner was very friendly, available and helpful without at any point being intrusive. He went out of his way to make us feel at home and to provide what we needed. We were very pleased and would return if in the area.」

「Awoken in early hours by people banging ion floor(s) followed by lots of shouting. Could have been a domestic or drunken argument but still spoiled nights sleep- went on for ages.」

「Had to wait a while to gain access, but apologies given. Not much space for clothes as small room,needs a better bedside lamp (for reading) But can't complain due to the very reasonable price . Breakfast outstanding! 」

「ニューキャッスルに滞在したつもりが、バスで１時間もかかった海沿いとは、行ってみて、びっくりだった。ニューキャッスルで検索して出たので、市外だとは信じて疑わなかった。部屋は綺麗だったが、夜は、スタッフが誰もいなくなって、ホテルを訪ねてきた客の応対に出るハメになってしまった。冷蔵庫もあり、シンクの横には、コンロがあったので、火が使えるかと思ったら、ただの飾りで、使えなかった。混乱するので、あのコンロは置かないでほしい。部屋は綺麗で、清潔だった。」

「I didn’t stay there as it looked grim to say the least from the outside and that I was asked to provide £200 CASH deposit which I may or may not of got back as I had to leave very early following morning 」

「The apartment was a bit tired looking but otherwise fine for one night. Much cheaper than other apartments around. Location couldn't be better - right next to Digital nightclub. As for the deposit, previous reviews did irk me but I did get it refunded by 10 working days. Make sure to send them your bank details on arrival. Also their 26+ age policy really ought to be made clear on the listing. 」

「First impressions not good....loose tiles on front door step,grubby stained carpets everywhere,open kitchen bins.steep staircases.Our room was in the Attic and we are both in our 70s !!!! Tiny Shower Room with cracked damp stained ceiling.Tiny Wardrobe,dirty dusty windowsill. This "Hotel" is permanently occupied by 2 Residents. Owner was friendly enough.」
