The condo was wonderful! Very comfortable seating and bed. Kitchen was very well equipped. The deck seating was also very nice and had a beautiful view. The Deck restaurant on the property was delicious! We will be back!

Potential of being a five!

This condo is in a wonderful location on Tybee Island. Top floor corner, beach front property! It was extremely easy to get to the beach from the facility. Easy access to good restaurants and shopping.The condo is nicely furnished. Beds are comfortable, furniture is in good shape, and space was perfect for our group.There are some repair opportunities that should be considered that would have us rate the stay a five. One of the kitchen cabinets was broken and had not been repaired. The ice machine was a bit quirky. Some of the sinks in the bathrooms didn’t drain quickly. The screen on the master deck sliding door was ripped and needs repair. The master bedroom was very dusty, and the woodwork and cabinets in the condo need a good cleaning. Even with these minor issues, I would return to this condo. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend!

Great Place!

Beach house was clean and had great unobstructed views from the balcony. There was plenty of room, had everything we needed, good location, and the pictures of the beach house were accurate. We would definitely stay in beach house 445 again!

Best view ever. Great chairs on balcony. Inside of unit it’s a bit warn and could use a really good clean throughout. The on-site restaurant, On-Deck, was awesome. Love the Beachside Colony and will definitely go again.

Perfect!!!

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was perfect the beach was great. Probably the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in. Location was great and the beach view…wow! I hope we can return next year!!!

Great View and Clean living

The place was perfect for us. The view is fantastic and right on the water. Condo was clean and provided all necessary items and then some. I was even suprised to see a Kureig machine. Plenty of towels, clean linens, extra pillows and blankets, and some beach items if you happen to forget something. We will be staying again! Thank you!

A perfect view and a perfect stay

The condo was EXTREMELY clean. Everything was in perfect working order (we actually didn't use the kitchen much, but what we did use worked), the view and access to the beach couldn't be better. The office was nice to have, with staff available for questions. Overall, our stay was amazing and you will not regret it if you pick this condo.

Clean and comfortable

This is a nice condo with a beautiful view. It was very clean and well furnished. The main bedroom was comfortable. We didn’t use the others but they seemed fine. The kitchen had plenty dishes and cookware and the appliances were nice. I would stay here again. We went to Fort Pulaski every day to walk the dog. Great trails about 5 minutes drive. Eat at Lili’s and Sundae Cafe.

Perfect location for girl's weekend getaway

Everything was perfect about our stay ... EXCEPT it was not 4.5 stars clean. Floors were filthy + coffee maker had not been cleaned + fingerprints/easily-removable stains in bathroom. Mgmt office was very concerned and would have made immediate amends. Hopefully they will follow-up by inspecting their cleaning service's quality.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a nice visit in Tybee Island. The place was clean, had a wonderful ocean view from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The decor was nice. They place was well kept. We would come back again.

Great location

Lovely corner unit with gorgeous expansive views of the ocean and beach. Just a short walk over the boardwalk to the beach! Couldn’t be better! We enjoyed our stay bery much!
