Great place for a wheelchair user

The location was great, like the listing said, it was mere steps away from the beach. And the condo was super nice. As nice as my own home! And the access for the wheelchair was great. We had no problem with any doorway and it was very spacious. I really recommend this place to anyone!

Very spacious unit Great bathroom setups Close to the beach Walk yo restaurants Overall just a great weekend The property manager (not sure if it was the owner) was very responsive when there was a small issue. We are planning another trip in the fall and would love to stay here again but it is not available.

Perfect Location

Pro Tip: check local events, we happened upon the middle of a water gun parade. Wish we would have been prepared with our own instead of sitting ducks. Would definitely recommend going to that event if you can. Everyone was having a blast. This location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, the beach is right there and so is the pier. We saw dolphins while walking on the pier. The location of this unit was great, you have no one above you, and only a neighbor on one side. Very quiet. Very spacious unit. Looking to see when I can come back with the family.

The perfect spot

The location of this property couldn't be in a better place. Once we arrived, and parked the car, we never drove anywhere else except to go for a boat ride. There is a restaurant on either side of the condo building. More restaurants, places to shop, or just hang out are just a few minutes walk from there. It's across the street from the beach access, and the pier. We wished we could've stayed another few days, and we will stay longer when we go back, and we will definitely go back. The property is well kept, clean and inviting. Nice security features for accessing the property as well. The condo itself was clean, and well decorated with a nice beach vibe.

Spring Break

We had a great Spring Break trip to Tybee Island! The condo was very clean and well taken care of. Check in and check out process was easy! The condo was just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and other activities. We had an issue with one of the showers but Bill took care of it quickly and had a plumber out to the condo the next day. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice Christmas Visit

A large condo centrally located to the beach, pier and shopping. The condo appeared very clean. It was very easy to get up to the unit from the parking area. When we first arrived, the water had a sulfur smell to it, but by the 2nd day it had cleared up. We really enjoyed staying here to celebrate Christmas.

Didn’t want to leave

The condo was beautiful. Someone has wonderful taste in decorating. The location was perfect to the beach, shops and walking to some restaurants. Very easy to access room with keypad. Parking was also in a garage with gates. This condo was a straight shot to room pretty much from elevator. They also had beach towels in room (which we didn’t use) and beach chairs (which we did use) that were in back of garage parking spot. There were 3 of us age 58 - 62. We had so much fun in Savannah and on Tybee Island. We hope to come back soon. Thank you Bill for letting us rent your condo.

Great beach rental

This was a fantastic rental for our family. Plenty of room and just what you need at the beach. Short walk to the beach and local stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and as advertised. Bill was very responsive to any inquiry. Would definitely come here again!

Lovely property, fantastic location, great amenities. This was a trip for adults but I would definitely book this spot again for my family. Check in was a breeze with accurate and easy instructions, host was extremely responsive with communication.
