Beachside Villa is one of our multi-unit Tybee Island vacation homes. The seven-bedroom collection consists of three individual units that each have a living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. This split-home design is perfect for big groups. Everyone can spend time together under one roof, but there's still plenty of privacy and quiet time when you need it.

Altogether, this collection of Tybee vacation rentals has seven bedrooms and six baths, and it sleeps 14 people. Unit 1 is a two-bedroom unit with a king bed in each bedroom. Unit 2 has three bedrooms that each have king beds, and unit 3 is another two-bedroom unit with king beds in each room.

Beachside Villa is perfectly situated to enjoy all that Tybee Island has to offer. It's just a few feet away from the Tybee coast, so you can swim in the ocean whenever you want. The surrounding blocks include plenty of convenient spots for food and drink. You can shop at the convenience store, get a cup of coffee at Mi Vida, or enjoy a nice meal at Sting Ray's Seafood.

Beachside Villa is on the southern end of Tybee, so it provides convenient access to plenty of attractions. On your vacation, you can shop at T.S. Chu, get a sweet treat at Boardwalk Ice Cream, and eat at local favorites like Wet Willie's or Pier 16. Spot's like Rock House and Doc's Bar mix up tasty drinks while Fannie's on the Beach offers live music. Depending on the time of year you visit, you can even catch Tybee traditions like the Beach Bum Parade.

Don't forget that the rest of the surrounding area is filled with plenty of neat things to do as well. The northern tip of Tybee offers educational opportunities at the Tybee Island Light Station and the Tybee Island Marine Science Center. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
