Very nice condo. Plenty of room, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to walk on beach. The one downside is that the description stated that there were extra blankets in the rooms; this was not true. an excellent place to stay.

Beach view was great. Watched the barges go by slowly in the morning with lots of birds flying around. Beaches are extremely clean. Rooms were very clean with lots of amenities. Could use some more light in the bedroom. We were on the second floor and there is no elevator. Climbing the stairs with a large suitcase was quite challenging. Overall, very nice and the area has lots of fun eating places.

We had an excellent time. The condo was comfortable we had an amazing view, the water was hot and pressure was amazing, the floors could have used a good cleaning and I would strong suggest leaving the guests a broom considering we are right there on the beach and sand gets tracked in (i like to clean up after myself) Other than that everything else was absolutely PERFECT. If i were to ever return to Tybee. Lighthouse point would be the only place id consider staying.

The property was ready for our visit. We called about the parking and we were given quick courteous information. The property was clean with excellent furnishings. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect condo for a small family! You can’t get any closer to the beach. Suggestions for improvement would be change the screen door, update the couches and install a heavier shower curtain. Overall, we loved it!

Good for a quick getaway

It was a decent clean place. I liked that it had beach access right there and you can walk right from the condo. There are 2 pools and a kiddie pool that's only 1 foot deep. The pool area was also well maintained. The check in and check out was easy. In case it isn't mentioned, there is no elevator. We would definitely come back.

Perfect stay for family of 6!

Absolutely beautiful and perfect place to stay! As beautiful in person as the pictures (actually a little larger in person than it appears online). Unit and property are all very well maintained. Great location (the view was breathtaking!). Super peaceful stay (had a loud neighbor diagnoally under us1 night woke us up but that was all) I'd recommend bringing a few extra blankets and be prepared the hot water didn't last too long for showers whether you're the 1st of the day or last but wasn't too big of a deal. Everything in the unit seemed like it was brand new, not a spot on the dishes, everything neat and orderly and clean! Definitely recommend 18C and will definitely be staying here again in the same exact unit if available.

Really great location. North Beach is the way to go for less crowded beaches, great dining, culture, etc. The Lighthouse Point complex felt safe, was right on the beach, pool area was great. The unit we stayed in was pretty terrible. Furniture, appliances, shower curtains all felt grimy. Super slow draining showers and sinks, toilets had issues flushing. The beds were ok, but they really need to have extra blankets. A scratchy sheet and paper thin quilt was not enough. My teen slept on the sofa bed and felt like he was sleeping directly on springs. I cannot recommend this property. We’ll be back to Tybee but will stay elsewhere next time.

The rental was nice, comfortable and had all the things that met our needs. Loved the deck with the swing & Lighthouse view. However, although I called Tybee Vacation Rental (TVR) ahead to check to see if there was a Keurig coffee maker and if there was an elevator for access to 6C, I was told there was no Keurig and there was no elevator, that it was on the second floor with two flights of stairs. We found TVR information to be incorrect for the unit. There is a Keurig for those who like to know, it is on the upper 3rd floor with 3 flights of stairs (multiple steps) with stair rails only on one side, which was a challenge for carrying up luggage & supplies. The room was not thoroughly cleaned as some furniture was extremely dusty and there was hair in the tubs. We did not dust but had to clean the tubs before taking showers. The last evening upon return from Savannah, we were locked out of our room and told by TVR upon calling the after hrs number, they showed we had checked out. That too was inaccurate. It took over 20 min for TVR to get us access back into the unit. The TV was also a challenge to turn on and the instructions were a bit lengthy and confusing, basically the second day we finally figured out to turn on the TV, hit the Xfinity button giving access to the guide to choose from. The unit itself although needing better cleaning was great, TVR might consider updating their information and system, real stair access & monitor the housekeeping.

Neat & clean, but if you have an after hours emergency (like locked out), you might be on your own. I realized I forgot my thermal coffee mug 5 mins after check out (was still in the parking of the property), but the codes had been disabled and the after hours (7:20AM) helpline was useless - they recommended I wait till 9AM when the office open. Wait where? I had checked out & it was 35 degrees outside.
