この美しい家はゲストのニーズを念頭に置いて巧妙に作られています。 明るく洗練された4つの広いベッドルームと4つのバスルームがある休憩場所。 2階の家のメインレベルには、オープンリビング、ダイニング、キッチンエリアがあります。 カジュアルで洗練されたリビングエリアには、豪華なソファ、大きな椅子、オッ��マン、大型フラットスクリーンテレビがあります。 リビングエリアのすぐそばには、屋外ラウンジとクッション付きのシーティングが備わる大きな屋根付き���ッキへと続くフレンチ��アがありま��。ジョーンズアベニューの趣のあるコテージを見渡すことができます。

カスタムメイドのキッチンには美しい石造りのカウンタートップとすべてのステンレス製の電気器具があり、二重コーヒ���/ Keurig醸造所、エスプレッソマシン、食器洗い機���オーブントースター、オーブントースター、電子レンジが備わっています。 美しい花崗岩の朝食バーは、グルメ料理を楽しみながら集まったり、友達とグラスワインを楽しんだりするのに最適です。 大きなダイニングテーブルは最大8席で、朝食バーでは4席を追加できます。 ハーフバスルームは廊下にあります。 大きな窓、高い天井、そして中間色のカラ��パレットが、部屋から部屋へと広がる温かみのある居心地の良い雰囲気を作り出しています。

Great house and pool, “experience” could have been better

Positive: this property, including the house itself, the location, the cleanliness, & the pool was an amazing experience. It was clean, beautiful and looked even better than the photos. Highly recommend. Negative: we had asked to check in early & were told they would text us if it was ready. However, when we did go to check-in (30 minutes early, 3:30PM for a 4PM arrival), the door was still locked by the code. When the code finally let the door unlock at 4PM, we walked into a house where it was super hot because the AC was off, & the refrigerator was also off due to a Breaker being tripped, (which we had to figure out ourselves & had to clean up water all over the floor underneath the refrigerator due to all of the ice melting.) So clearly with those 2 things when we walked in the door at 4PM, someone had not been in there cleaning & the house had been “ready” much earlier or else we would not have walked in to those issues. So if we had been able to check in earlier, we would’ve been able to address both problems much sooner and would not have had walked into a hot house and a big mess. That being said, by the time we got settled in, figured out the problem, cleaned everything up & called property management, it was Friday night and it was considered “after hours,” which was not a great experience. So they weren’t actually able to do anything to help the house cool down. So we had to sweat it out the first night. Not a great start to trip. The Rest of the trip was great.

Family Vacation

The house was spacious and clean. All of our kids and grandkids loved the pool area. We also used the screened sunporch for morning coffee and many meals together. The customer service staff responded right away with additional propane for the grill. We all wished we could have stayed longer. It’s a great area close to the beach and near restaurants and shopping

Best 30th Birthday Get Away Ever!

This was such an amazing 30th birthday getaway trip with my closest friends and family! We cooked together in the large kitchen the house had to offer, played boardgames at the large dining table, walked to the beach, showered off in the outdoor shower and spent our afternoons in the pool after the beach, and partied in Savanah only 30 minutes away! The house was really clean and had a good amount of space for everyone, even the person that stayed on the pull-out sofa. The only bad thing about this house was the shower pressure, it was very weak but the house was so great it didn't matter much!

The hot water didnt work starting the first night the property was out of LP contacted the 24 hotline for help and it took over 24hrs for someone to come out and look at the issue and 36 hours to get hot water back.

Tybee Getaway

Good house for large group. If you are on the high end of the occupancy someone is sleeping on a couch. Remember to bring everything you might need if you’re cooking including spices like salt and pepper.

Perfect for Us

10 of us (sometimes 12) stayed at Casa Azul last week. This included myself and my husband and our kids (15, 9); my brother, his wife and kids (12, 14), my 60-something parents, and my 21yo daughter and her friend for a few days. My brother said he was expecting a 9 out of 10 and it exceeded his expectations at a 10 out of 10! It was extremely clean. It was just as spacious and beautiful as the photos showed (nothing misleading!) Pool was larger than expected from photos; outdoor grill area was awesome; screened-in patio fantastic. The location was quiet and convenient....3 blocks from mid-beach and short drive to everywhere else. Our only issues were minor, but I will note them in case it helps future vacationers: there are beautiful expansive closets in each room---with only about 10 hangers for the ENTIRE house! I wish I was told to bring hangers! There was NO salt and pepper in the house (we looked everywhere), contrary to the listing. And the ice-maker was totally frozen/jammed when we got there. Took a while to get that fixed and working. (And if the owners are reading this.....you forgot to paint the end of the window trim in the upstairs bedroom's bathroom---the one without the patio) We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Casa Azul - Great house to stay!

We had a great time with our group at this house. It’s a simple walk to the beach and close enough walk to the park and a few good restaurants. The owner is awesome. He takes great care of the place. The pool and outdoor spaces were incredible. The only issue I found with the house was the listings number of bedrooms. They count the second floor family room/landing as a 5th bedroom which was confusing. There was a pull out bed but we were staying here with 4 families. All the kids still young on a nap schedule. So that area without a door or closed off entrance was unusable for our group. This was only a minor setback. We had a great time.

AMAZING!!!

My family and I came down from DC for the weekend for my daughter's graduation from Savannah State University. The house was AMAZING!!! Perfect proximity to the beach and boardwalk. The rooms were spacious, the house was clean, and the pool was wonderful. Booking and handling business was a great experience as well. We had to call maintenance because the ice maker was out and there was a quick response. Prior to coming out, the representative that helped with my booking was very helpful; always ready and willing to answer any questions I had. We will definitely be returning.
