The space:
Queen bed in bedroom and a queen sofa pull out in living room. Train bunk beds are perfect for children (have a weight limit of 100lbs each and not suitable for most adults). Bedroom has own private wet room (full bath).

Guest access:
You'll have access to the pools, tennis courts, pickle ball court as well as private beach for the complex. You will have access to one FREE parking spot.

The condo community only allows one vehicle per condo. Golf carts are not allowed on the property and cannot be considered your one vehicle. Unregistered guests are not permitted at the property and not allowed to park.

The wifi can be spotty during storms.

Pets are not allowed inside the condominium property per the HOA policy.
