The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and a full-size stacked washer and dryer. The first bedroom has a California King-Size bed, a Smart TV, and a private full bath with a tub and shower combination. Enjoy fresh ocean air from the private balcony with access from both the living room and the primary bedroom. Bedroom 2 is furnished with two twin beds and a Smart TV. There is community WIFI for guest use at the pool area along with dedicated WIFI for just your use of the unit. There is 1 reserved space, and 1 unreserved parking space available.

Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel.
Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.

POOLS: Lighthouse Point pools are open. Limited occupancy and periodic cleaning throughout the day. (Subject to change due to HOA Guidelines).
