The host responded promptly to my messages. The condo was very clean. I wouldn't describe it as "luxury", however. It was nice even though the living room furniture is quite worn in and the water pressure in the shower was slightly more than trickling. The head board in the master bedroom was not attached to anything - just sandwiched between the bed and the wall. Any small adjustment to a pillow made it knock against the wall. One of the sliding glass doors doesn't lock. Lastly, it seems the gate code for beach access via the pool area only works during pool hours (8am- 6pm), which I did not know. If you like to go out for the sunrise, you'll have to walk around the other side of the building to get out and back into property through the parking lot. These things would have been more annoying with a longer stay. We only stayed for two nights.

The room was nice and comfortable. The only problem we had was the water pressure and shower heads. It took forever to take a shower. You may want to list the type of coffee maker you have in the property. We had to buy both types of coffee to make sure we had some. Small things... It was a nice place. Would reccoment and stay there again.

Overall was a good condo and a great location ! Check in was a breeze ! Facilty is nice and did i say location :) I was hit with a terrible pet smell upon entering the condo. The cleanliness was ok ....the refrigerator on top has about 3 inches of dust on top ! The tile in the foyer and bathrooms could really use a professional cleaning ! This is coming from an owner of a professional carpet cleaning business in The Great smoky mountains so the average person may not notice ! The travertine in the bedrooms could also use a cleaning ! The couch , rug and 2 red chairs could also really use a professional cleaning ! Other than that i have no complaints about the place we enjoyed it very well and would rent it again !!! This is not a negative review its to notify the owner of what needs to be done !!! Love tybee and will be back :)

The location of the condo had a nice view of the pool area and ocean view. Kitchen had lots of cookware and utensils. I would highly recommend the owner visit the condo as it has not been cleaned or maintained well. Reading back through reviews many others mentioned the same thing I will identify and it has been more than 2 years since other reviews. Here we go, Master shower door will not shut, sliding door will not lock (yes it's on second floor, but should lock), second bedroom mattress is horribly broken down and needs replaced, bed pillows need replaced and spare pillows had no cases and were not very clean. The shower and the second bedroom needs all new fixtures as the makeshift repairs are ridiculous. Lastly, I have to mention the overall cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable in my opinion. I did not want to walk barefoot or sit on the furniture. I rarely leave such negative reviews but for the cost of the condo it should be clean and better maintained!

Overall, we had a great time in Tybee Island. The condo was convenient to all we needed. There was a couple issues… one of the tvs did not work.. no big deal. The shower in the first bedroom could have been cleaned better.

We’ve stayed multiple times on Tybee but having a condo on the beach with covered parking, two pools, and a restaurant and bar on site is perfect.

Great spot

We loved being so close to the beach, restaurant and pools. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, washer/dryer on site was a great plus! The shower door in the master wouldn’t stay closed, but aside from that, this was a wonderful place!

Our Annual Tybee Island teip

We would definitely stay here again. Overall 4 rating because of the inability to lock the sliding glass door on the balcony. When we notified the host via VRBO method, they did not receive the memo. Hence, the 4 on communication. The locksmith was to repair the lock the morning we left. The condo does need a cutting board, and needs to have the master shower door repaired (does not close all the way). Our second year at this location (not same unit). We love it!

Great Tybee location.

Wonderful location on Tybee north of "town". Easy walk down to main part of town - and we are in our mid 50s. Restaurant on site is great. pool area
