Beach Front Condo on the Strand, 101 Steps to the Beach STR2021-00204

Our condo is on the South end of Tybee so close to the beach that you can run home for bathroom breaks. The beach is right there for you to enjoy building sandcastles, swimming, bodysurfing, sunbathing, and relaxing. If it is too hot or windy on the beach, sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean view-also good if you get sunburned from sitting out too long. The view from the deck will make it hard to leave, but inside we have a nicely appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for you to enjoy. You can always order take out from the restaurants that are so close you just have to walk to pick up the order.
Our condo is on the Strand close to restaurants and bars in addition to the beach. Fanny's on the Beach is next door, they have cover bands on the weekends in season. There are restaurants and bars on the Strand and around the corner on Tybrisa. Once you arrive and park your car, there is no need to get back in it until you are ready to leave the Island. You can walk or bike everywhere!

This property is absolutely amazing. Gorgeous view of the beach on the balcony, and also just sitting on the couch looking out-incredible! The location is right near the pier and Tybee shopping. The owners are super nice and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Excellent Beach Front Property

We were very pleased with this property and owners. Paul and Mary greeted us at the condo as we arrived. They gave us great ideas of places to eat and things to do. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean waves and watching the sun rise from our balcony. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. We will definitely rent there again on any future trips to Tybee Island.

Can't praise this rental enough!

We've stayed at many VRBOs and this is by far the best experience we've had. Such wonderful and accommodating hosts. The place was so clean and high end amenities. The view was amazing. Location was close to Savannah for day trips, beach right across the parking lot, beautiful, unobstructed views of the ocean and sunrise right from the deck. Lots of things to do within walking distance. We hope to visit again.

Another wonderful trip

Staying at Paul and Mary's condo never disappoints. The service and communication is unrivalled. (One of the couple meets you at the property to let you in and go over all the details of the unit. The condo is always very clean and well stocked with anything you could want or need .We definitely will be back !

25 Year Anniversary Trip

This property was exactly as advertised. Paul and Mary were excellent host. They made our Anniversary Trip special. Mary was in constant communication with us from the time we booked the property until our arrival. She was there greating us as we arrived. Mary shared all the details regarding Tybee Island, and made excellent recommendations for our stay on the island. The only recommendation is to put a small TV in the bedrooms. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful Location

Our group of four ladies were very pleased with this property for our "Girls Get-Away" this past week. The location was amazing, being right across the road from the South Beach as well as next door to Fannies Restaurant where we enjoyed great meals and service. And just a block away from the pier and downtown shops and restaurants. The only downfall may have been the two stories of steps that we had to use to get to the condo, but we aren't spring chickens anymore! Our views from the lanai we spectacular, watching the sun come up each morning. And seeing AND hearing the waves crashing on the shore was so relaxing! However, the open design of the lanai area, where your neighbors have to walk by in full view of you while you're sitting on the lanai, may be bothersome for some who want privacy. The condo is very homey and comfortable. It was well stocked with about everything you might need. Nothing "fussy" or so ornate or fancy that you worried about it. Nice new appliances, including the W&D. Comfortable beds with lovely bedding. If you have one vehicle to park in garage under the unit, you'll have no problem unless you drive a large vehicle. Amazing Condo

This condo is everything we hoped for and more. Convenient access to shopping and dining, and you can't get any closer to the beach. The condo includes private covered parking and is close enough to walk most of the town. The owners were incredibly kind and only a quick text away if needed.

Perfect location

We visited Tybee for the Critz Tybee Run festival and wanted to stay near the start line. It was the perfect location for the race! It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Mary was so welcoming and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Time

Our week on Tybee Island was wonderful. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We were on the third foolr overlooking the ocean. The condo was well stocked with everything we might need to make our stay stress free. Paul and Mary, the managers were awesome.

Another amazing week!!

This was our second time staying here and we cannot wait to come back! Unfortunately it will be a couple of years at least :( I will recommend this place to anyone who asks. The owners are so welcoming and helpful, the condo is a wonderful location close to the beach and many food places on the south end. I never give perfect reviews because none of us are perfect but if this place wasn't "perfect", why would we want to come back?! Thank you for another fantastic Tybee week!!

Perfect vacation rental

We are on year 3 of this rental and always enjoy every part of it. The condo is well stocked, clean, and steps from the beach. The under garage shower is a lifesaver when vacationing with kids. The location is convenient and just a few minutes walk from the pier and all the shops and food you need. Mary and Paul make check in easy and painless.
