Welcome home to Lighthouse Point 29B. Located on the quiet north end of Tybee Island, Lighthouse Point Condominiums is just steps from the beauty of the pristine beaches beyond the natural sand dunes. Splash away in the two community pools. Enjoy beautiful views of North Beach, ships, and shrimp boats from your private, furnished balcony.

The interior has a fresh new look, ready to welcome guests to this charming Island location. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a queen sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV. The dining table will accommodate six guests, and the kitchen is nicely updated with all stainless appliances and features a full-size washer and dryer for convenience. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, TV, and private bath with a tub and shower combination and access to the balcony, with views of the ocean. The guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed and TV. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combination. Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet north of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex featuring private beach access, tennis courts, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station, museum, and Jaycee Park. Please Note: #29B has two reserved covered parking spaces in a narrow parking stall on the ground level under the building. Large SUVs and oversized vehicles may not fit in these spaces.

Please note: This condo is located in a building without elevator access. Guests are encouraged to reference the Lighthouse Point complex map for the location of the only building equipped with an elevator.

Spring break 2025

Very clean peaceful place. A little off the beaten path but I liked that. Only a couple minutes from downtown. Nice beach walking right outside. Would recommend having some games available. Had a puzzle which we did.

Relaxing quiet stay off season

Nice end unit on 2nd floor (of 3) next to stairs, parking spot and pool. Beach view across dunes in the distance. The unit is beach front but due to wide beach can be a 5 min walk with all the gear to the water. The north side of Tybee is also the inlet to the Savanna river and large Harbour so a lot of huge ships will pass through the channel right in front of the beach. We did not enjoy that parking is relatively expensive on the island and there are no free parking spots anywhere so even little trips to explore, shop and walk around to get a coffee or ice cream feels a bit like being taken advantage off. Savannah was nice to explore and also Wormsloe.

Tidy up Tybee

The apartment was dirty and needed a good clean - toilets were badly stained, showers and kitchen areas very tired and need replacing and the whole apartment needs updating and refreshing. It was not clean so we cut our stay short and went to stay in a local hotel paying additional money - we will not be returning.

Nice quiet location

For the most part everything went well. Few things in terms of cleanliness was the table outside wasn't wiped down (food still on it), counter tops had sand on them (assuming previous renters had shells sitting on them). The hot water heater wouldn't last for 1 shower (called and taken care of). They were digging water lines so we had to move our car from spot (not a huge deal, but banging on my door at 8am to move it was not cool), loud heavy machinery ran all night keeping us awake and that was bothersome. The condo was clean everywhere else and nice comfy decor. It is in a nice quiet location (when heavy machinery not running). Pools are very nice 2 big, 1 kiddie. Path way to beach is little long and narrow. Lots and lots of shells. Beach very wide. South side by pier is fluffy sand, no shells and more narrow. Watching cargo ships go by was cool. Propane gas grills was a nice bonus. The fountain pond by the pool was fun for my daughter, she fed the fish and turtles everyday bread. If we knew all that construction was gonna take place we would have switched locations. No one even gave us a heads up. It was loud all week, including the workers coming in at 7:30am thumping loud music. All of this was reported. Overall I think the place was descent , just maybe some updates to paint and cleaning.

Fine but not exceptional

The location is very good and we really enjoyed the view from the balcony! Overall, I was a bit unimpressed by the lack of amenities. There are pools, but they are not heated and there is no hot tub so if you go on spring break and it’s in the 60s like it was for us, you’re not gonna be able to get in the ocean or pool. There also was a lack of basic amenities that surprised me compared to most other VRBO’s that I have stayed in. For example, there is no laundry soap provided, not anything you’d want for the beach (towels, toys, beach chairs, etc). There are no basic cooking necessities like Pam or vegetable oil in the kitchen. For the price I would have expected more things to be provided.

We all had a great time!

The condo was exactly as described! We came for a mini-vaction with our grandkids, and the condo was a perfect size for the 5 of us. It is clean, adorable, comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook for the family. Beach access is right off the back of the property, with beautiful sunrise views of the ocean from the deck. We will definitely be back next year!

Relax and enjoy

Very nice condo. Had a great view. Loved using the gas grills . Pool was nice. Quiet end of the island but everything is easy access. Condo was relaxing and the tall deck chairs make it easy to enjoy the view.

Relaxing vacation

Nicely appointed, clean unit with all the amenities needed for a great stay. Entire complex is very well maintained, including the two outdoor pools. Beautiful beach located on the quiet north end of the island. Would definitely stay again.
