This 1700 square foot home located in the fieldstone subdivision is walking distance to S.t Lukes hospital Also close to college of southern Idaho ,major shopping , and resturaunts. This is a spacious well maintained home with 3 bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen 2 full bathrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer and a large fenced backyard.it has wheelchair ramp in front with a large paved driveway for parking And a walking path and small playground accross the street off the path.

You will have the entire house including the large backyard and patio except the garage it is close to hospital and major shopping and easy freeway access
