Stayed in the new Duranbah cabins - extremely clean and spacious for 6 people (would struggle with 8) but missing some amentities which would have bettered the experience! - clock - paper towels/tissue box - salt and pepper rather than hundreds of biscuits! - full length mirror - tables fit 8 people however couch/living space barely fits 4 park activities were fantastic and would recommend for families!

We absolutely recommend this place to families! We came with our children ages 1 and 4 and they had the best time! Plenty to do with the kids and the cabins were spacious and relaxing!

Lovely grounds - - great for kids. Staff very friendly. We stayed in a Cabarita Villa. Bed very uncomfortable .-kitchen area way too small even for 2 let alone 5. Great for caravaners, Villlas over priced.

Kids loved the park and facilities, nice and quiet but lots to do. Staff were very friendly and lots of nice touches like arrival gift.

The property was very pleasant, however the staff member working on Sunday morning was rude and arrogant and needs to brush up on her phone manner, she was not prepared to assist in anyway, we were offered an extended nights stay by email , and when we asked to extend over night, we were told it was not possible that we had to check out and pay an additional $60 for late check out. Also there was guests there who were swearing and very noisy into the early hours of the morning and no-one who you could report this to the phone rang out with no diverted number to contact.

Great position in Tweed Heads, close to the river for morning walks as well as five minutes into the heart of Tweed Heads. We enjoyed our first visit to Tweed Heads and the Big 4 made everything easily accessible.

The Kids had a fantastic few days! Cheap hire for additional extras, easy to get around and friendly staff. They were happy to allow a late check out and we happily took it :) We had a Successful family holiday due to a family friendly location

Family stay

Great park with great features we stayed in Jumbuck cabin wish we stayed in a better cabin as kitchen and bathroom very outdated and bunks very hard to make. Also not something I ever considered before but the same towels and sheets for 6 days wasn’t ideal and a charge to replace them was frustrating, and $5 for a load of washing to clean their towels and bath mats annoyed me a bit. Staff were friendly and pools were great.

Coolabah Cabins - Just Perfect

We met up with our family from Canada and it was the ideal place for the girls as there was so much they could do. We especially liked the pool area and the fact it had a sun shade over it was fantastic. The birdsong was lovely all day but the noise of the planes and nearby freeway spoilt the atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for a Family Holiday

What a fantastic holiday. Our grand-daughters, from Canada just loved it. We enjoyed it for just the two of us also. The sound of birds all day was lovely. And seeing the gekos was a bonus. Unfortunately we backed onto the motorway so the traffic was very noisy and also the planes both landing and leaving Coolangatta airport went right over us. It didn't worry us but some people might like peace and quiet. The cabin we had gave us a TV in the lounge and one in the bedroom which was great if you needed to amuse the kids. The WiFi was not good here but managed to check in occasionally while out. We were on holiday after-all!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, facilities very comfortable, close to Tweed City, Tweed Heads, Coolangatta and Surfers Paradise. Also Tweed Hospital which was the reason we were there. Loved the pool and area. Intend to stay again in the future, all very comfortable.

Clean tidy accommodation in an excellent park, features such as waterslides and billabongs made it a very enjoyable option !

Hire equipment

Older people were complains about children on scooters and bikes!! And we went to hire equipment at 3:30 but got told we were to late so that was disappointing.

So much to do. All hires are reasonable prices

We had a great time. The kids loved it. The only downside was there were quite a few smokers.

Nice caravan park with great on site facilities

The cabins were very comfortable and the facilities in the holiday park were brilliant. There was so much for the kids to do and a very nice communal cooking and lounge area. It looked like a 5 star restaurant but was actually the communal facilities. We did get a bit of noise at night in our cabin from the freeway but apart from that they were very comfortable and well decked out. They even had proper bowls to serve dinner (not just the cheapo shallow bowls).

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Facilities were great with plenty to keep the kids entertained so the parents could kick back and relax!

Brilliant facilities for the whole family

Stayed with my husband and step-daughter and we all had a great time. The Banksia cabin was compact but had everything we needed, and the park facilities were great, especially the various pools and the water park. Everything was clean and tidy and all the guests and staff were really friendly. Will definitely be coming back again.

Great family park

We had a large family gathering and it was perfect. Cabins clean and confortable with all facilities required. Note: main bed very comfortable which is not usually the case in holiday parks. Others camped or had campers. All budgets catered for. There is so much for the kids (and adults) to do. 2 pools, canoes, paddle boards, fantastic water slide area, go karts. Several kids playing areas including an under 6 area next to reception. Laundry and bathrooms clean and I think the highlight is a beautiful kitchen and lounge area looking out over the billabong. We've been to many Big 4's and this one certainly passed the 'would we go back' test. Looking forward to our next visit. Finally, thanks to the very helpful staff who all gave excellent customer service.

Excellent Family Holiday

Fantastic Holiday Park. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing water park for all ages, great heated pool with another water slide, play arrears and jumping pillow. Lovely communal kitchen and dining area overlooking the billabong. We stayed in the Cooliabah cabin which was great. To sum it up, we all had a ball and who needs waterword with what the park offers!! The kids had so much fun here and slept so well from exhaustion! oh and nearly forgot they also have go carts to power around the holiday park with. Would definitely come back.

Best family holiday we've had

We stayed 5 nights in a Coolabah cabin with our 3 year old & it was very fun & relaxing for all. Great facilities, grounds & location (yes there is aeroplane & hwy noise but you soon get used to it, we didn't end up using the ear plugs we brought with us). Highly recommend for families with young children. Beautiful heated pool & waterslides were a highlight. Resort standard.

Great value for money

Everything about our stay was excellent. Staff super helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the water park and pool along with the Bbq we had beside the billabong using the camp kitchen.

Very clean and comfortable cabins. The park offered so many water activities for the kids to be entertained. 'Mt Warning' waterslides were fabulous.

Kids throughly enjoyed pools and water park.

We had fun. Enjoyed pool, water park, go carts and kayaks. Our cabin could have been cleaner on arrival - particularly the floors. Also quilt covers on beds didn't appear to have been washed for some time.
