「The smell of this place was overwhelming as soon as you walk in. Based on that alone I would not stay here again. This is also advertised as a duplex and it is not a duplex. It’s an apartment complex with some questionable neighbors. The carpet needs to be replaced or a deep clean at the very least. The things this place does have going for it are location is convenient and communication with the host was very quick when we were confused about check-in. 」

「The neighborhood was not what was expected. The toilet downstairs had incorrect bowl and lid and was not secure. The toilet upstairs had a broken seat. The TP holder upstairs was broken. There were gnats/fruit flies everywhere. The property management never cleaned up the dog park or playground area. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. There was no microwave. Overall, this was not a great place to stay for an extended amount of time and we would not recommend! 」
