The carpet in the room was very dirty and old. We were on the 9th floor, but could barely hear the noise from the ground. All night long we heard an alarm and beeping sound from outside.
Flott plass, super service, flott beliggenhet ift byen. Enkel adkomst

Weekend break
The hotel receptionist was very welcoming. All staff were amicable. The hotel could do with a refresh and bathrooms updated. There are no rooms with a walkin shower, which was difficult for me.
When we were there the restaurant was only offering a buffet, there was a good choice and good value for money.
The pool is okay for children and cooling off but not for swimming.
I've stayed in various Novotels, and they tend to vary considerably. This hotel was more on the budget end of the scale, and in need of some updating.
When I was booking it, it looked quite close to the centre of Turin. However, it is right on the outskirts, and even the tram service doesn't go there any more (since August 2025). There is a 15 min walk to the next tram stop.
There is some free parking spaces, but they do offer paid parking too.
The breakfast was OK, but the layout of the restaurant was awful, with long queues trying to get drinks.
The room itself was very basic and in need of updating. The air-conditioning was really noisy all night. The bathroom had lose panels that needed fixing and the sink needed unblocking.
I wouldn't really recommend this hotel, as it is too far from the centre of Turin and is in need of updating.

the ventilation fan in the bathroom was inoperative, the telephone was inoperative, on arrival, the room was stuffy and we could not turn on the air conditioner or open the window.
This hotel’s location is quite unique. It’s very close to a big modern shopping center and is also not far from the old town - not within walking distance but there is a tram station nearby. And the breakfast offered was decent.

Restaurant - the hotel is too far out of town with no local restaurants. The hotel displays an amazing menu around the hotel, however when I went to eat the menu was reduced to a very very limited offer (all meat) no good if you eat meat. Impossible to get a taxi - ended up paying 35 euro each way for an Uber!!
Family friendly hotel, professional staff. Different shopping options few minutes away from the hotel. The only down side is the small bugs at night time and it's almost all over Torino not just the hotel.

Breakfast was one of the worst. First morning ran out in an hour and second morning we got to experience a very poor breakfast. Rooms were tiny and basic. We got a pull out couch that got made for us.
Restaurant bar was extremely expensive

Seemed convenient but on edge of town in an old dated area. No decent eating places within walking distance so we had to eat in the hotel. Not the best
