Each apartment is named after a planet in the Solar System and is equipped with every comfort to ensure a pleasant stay
The space
The40-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a charming historic building in the Carducci/Molinette area. PLEASE NOTE: There are internal stairs leading to the sleeping area on the loft.
The interior is laid out as follows:
- LIVING AREA: with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining table.
- SLEEPING AREA: located on the loft, equipped with a double bed and a desk. Please note: ceiling height is limited.
- KITCHENETTE: equipped with a 4-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination electric oven, moka pot, and kitchen utensils.
- BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.
- OTHER AMENITIES: independent heating, air conditioning (1 split unit), unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, and hair dryer.
Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
