Nos fue mal con este hotel, nos asignaron la peor habitación incluso cuando a mi parecer no estaba lleno el hotel, el baño se inundaba, la puerta del baño no tenía chapa o manija y para completar en la noche se quedaron unos señores bebiendo en frente de nuestra habitación no dejaron dormir en paz y en la habitación no hay teléfono en el lobby no había nadie para quejarse.

Habitación cuádruple. Es un hotel rústico y campestre. Buen desayuno. Amables. Deberían poner agua en las habitaciones. La puerta del baño no cierra bien. La señal de TV muy deficiente. Las almohadas pueden ser mejor; están muy planas. Lugar tranquilo; con controles de bioseguridad; a cuatro cuadras de la plaza caminando.

Llegamos se evidencian los protocolos de seguridad, nos reciben muy atentos y amables, el ingreso fue muy rápido, lamentablemente no pudimos hacer uso todas las instalaciones debido a la normatividad por la pandemia, en la noche no nos gustó mucho porque se oye todo lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones, sin embargo la habitación muy cómoda y limpia el desayuno delicioso y abundante... recomendable 100%.

Excelente!!! Un sitio tranquilo y agradable!!!

El hotel en general es excelente! Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias, toda la lencería es de primera, el agua caliente es fenomenal, la atención de Don Pablo (el Manager) es insuperable, super cariñoso y hospitalario. La ubicación del hotel dentro del pueblo es excelente, porque es una zona tranquila, pero a 5-10 minutos caminando desde la Plaza Mayor y la mayoría de los sitios turísticos. El hotel necesita mantenimiento, las cerraduras son viejas y la piscina esta fuera de servicio por el tema del Covid, pero son aspectos comprensibles debido a la crisis que ha vivido el sector turístico en general. Apartando eso, es una opción imperdible, lo recomiendo ampliamente! Tanto mi esposa como yo volveremos, sin duda!

¡Qué buen descanso de cumpleaños!

Todo estuvo muy bien, desde la recepción hasta la despedida; por ejemplo, un detalle que nos gustó: a la noche estaba lloviendo bastante y mirábamos cómo salir, cuando apareció un empleado del hotel con un gran paraguas que nos lo ofreció. No esperábamos este detalle. El otro detalle fue el arreglo de un espacio del comedor con adornos de cumpleaños que mi esposa les solicitó y lo hicieron muy bien. El hotel es amplio, con espacios verdes y el riachuelo que lo atraviesa produce un dulce sonido acuoso muy tranquilizador.

Not really what we expected

The main reason to chose this hotel was to be close to the centre and the swimming pool for our baby, however every time we wanted to use the pool there was a problem or an excuse. To be honest the staff did not care at all when we asked them and did not show any interest in solving the problem, so we got tired of trying to get their attention. The hotel itself it is nice and the breakfast it is ok but it would be better just tell the clients that not all they offered was available.
