What you are booking: An entire family-friendly detached house in a quiet area close to grocery shops (bakers, butchers, supermarkets) as well as open meadows, forests and fields. Comfort is guaranteed: Timelessly renovated, with upscale amenities and inspiring heart. Tuningen is idyllically situated at an altitude of 750m between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alb with numerous excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity.

Spacious living-dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and barista coffee machine. Antique dining table. Tiled stove (centrally fired with heating oil).
Comfortable sofa invites you to relax and enjoy the home cinema system. Piano.
Winter garden with citrus plants, further dining table, table football, toys.

First floor with 3 bedrooms and a spacious bright bathroom.
Room 1: A king-size bed (200 x 200 cm), a comfort bed ("Hüssler Nest").
