2022 new construction cottage in a lake community. The home backs up to the peaceful woods and multiple nature walking trails.
First Floor: Master Bedroom 1 with a king bed and attached full bath. The open kitchen, living room and dining area that seats six are ideal areas for entertaining. The kitchen includes basic spices, utensils, plates, knives, cups, bakeware, cookware, mixing bowls, a toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, blender and rice cooker. A half bath is located the entryway.
Second Floor: On the second floor is Guest Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and Guest Bedroom 3 with a queen bed. A full bath with a shower/tub combination is on the second floor. A Upstairs common area/bonus room with a 65 inch tv, and a sectional/sleeper couch.
Screened in patio with a fireplace and a 65 inch TV for seating, dinning and grilling is located off the kitchen. Below the patio is an area to enjoy a game of Corn Hole or relaxing in a hammock. A private, enclosed, hot/cold water, outdoor, rain head shower is located in the rear of the house. The outdoor shower can be used to rinse off after a day on the lake or to provide an extra 3 full bath. Guest can use outdoor showering areas along with dressing in the indoor half bath.
A short walk down the neighborhood path to the Bluegill Grill & Holiday Landing Marina. The Bluegill Grill is a full service, seasonal restaurant located on the water. The Holiday Landing Marina is one of the largest marinas on Tim's Ford Lake and is open year-round for fuel, snacks, and beverages. Overnight slip rental space is available ask for details at the counter in the marina store. The convenience of parking and a short walk home from the marina makes this rental home ideal for a boating weekend. Boat rentals are available at Holiday Landing and the Nearby Lakeview Marina. Tim’s Ford State Park is a quick 7 minute car ride and offers amazing walking trails, lake access, a nature center, huge public swimming pool, volleyball courts, picnic area and is home to the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, Bear Trace.
Instacart will deliver groceries from the near by Publix and a Dollar General is 5 minutes away for random household needs. The town of Tullahoma is a short18-minute drive away for shopping (Wal Mart, Food Lion, Aldi, Starbucks) and many restaurants.
