Cozy and Quiet

Very clean accommodations, it's out of town so its very quiet and peaceful. The dogs with the goats were very friendly, had everything we needed inside for our short visot to Tennessee, I would definitely rent from them again 😁

Peaceful Country Cottage

My wife and I stayed here for one night, after we visited the Jack Daniel's Distillery. The cottage was even better in person. It was quiet, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to other friends interested in the same trip.

An extremely well stocked property, beautiful scenery, awesome outdoor fire pit and close to Lynchburg. We will be back for a longer stay….without the kiddos!

Goat farm

Our grandchildren couldn’t wait to get to your property, and it didn’t disappoint. Very clean, quiet after staying in hotels for a week, and relaxing. We were able to decompress after a long week. Would highly recommend this VRBO

Cottage in the woods

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my spouse’s birthday. Toured the Jack Daniels distillery, ate BBQ and shopped in Lynchburg. Sunday we hiked in Tom Ford State Park, highly recommended. Saturday night we enjoyed admiring the stars fr the front porch and viewed the haze of the Milky Way, Sagittarius, and the Big Dipper.

Beautiful cozy farmhouse LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

This house is is SO cute and cozy.it is by itself in the country but still close to Lynchburg. The bed slept good and everything was clean. I loved the fireplace. Plenty of linens were provided. I can’t say enough about this place. It is a rare gem. We come to Lynchburg every year and I wished we would have found this sooner. We will definitely stay again!

This property exceeded our expectations. It is so charming and cozy. The attention the every detail. Makes you feel at home. Fully stocked with everything you could need. It was so clean. The goats were amazing to be by and so were the two dogs who are so sweet. We had family come Visit and were blown away but how cute it is. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful Country Cottage

My husband, mom-in-law, and I absolutely love the country cottage!! The pictures are accurate and the cottage is even more beautiful in person. The cottage has such a cozy vibe. We sat outside on the huge porch. It is so quiet, relaxing and has a nice view of the countryside. We also enjoyed sitting on the very comfortable couches with the warm fireplace on. A nice tv and no issues with WiFi. I would love to live in this house! This is one of the best Vrbo's I have stayed at. It has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very easy communication and check-in/check-out. It is close to Lynchburg. When we are traveling through Tennessee again, we will definitely stay here! We loved everything about our stay.

Quaint and quiet

Super cute little old farmhouse—worked so well for our overnight stay. Communication with property owner was fast and efficient. Loved the front porch and the whole little house. Close to Lynchburg which is what we were looking for. Would recommend.
