「Very clean beautiful home in a nice quite neighborhood. Best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. Plenty of dishes for our group of 10 and pots large enough to cook for 10. Plentiful towels and beds were very comfortable. Host was very reponsive to my many questions before we even arrived and always answered promptly. We had NO issues from the time we arrived until we.left. Totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property if you are ever in Alamogordo and need a place to stay.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this property,It is so nice to look out over the beautiful golf course. We liked how clean and quiet it was.」

「What an impressive property! The couches were comfortable, lots of room for dining inside and outside. Loved the grill , the outdoor fireplace, the game room The loft bedroom upstairs is huge ! The little patio off of this room was perfect for drinking coffee and looking at the mountains. The host was super responsive to any questions or issues . Very smart and considerate to have noise machines in all the bedrooms to help with neighborhood noise beyond his control. The pool was a hit...

「The place was great we have a wonderful time thank you 」

The back porch was much smaller than expected with lots of cob webs on all the seating, tables and even the hot tub cover. We had to sweep everything off before we could enjoy the back porch. Lighting is another issue on the back porch. The grill is in the corner and is completely dark, there are 2 lights but 1 only worked if plugged in, we had to use an extension cord from...

「Great property. Needs new mattresses and a couch update. View was great and easy access.」

「Great stay!」

「Overall very outdated. Mold in upstairs shower (I can send a picture). killed a spider in upstairs vanity sink; not enough towels/washrags for 2 adults for a 4 night stay; towels very old and smelled a little mildewy; needed extra blankets; coffee pods would be nice to use in the Keurig; sugar etc. for coffee/tea; outside was a little trashy, needed a good cleaning; extra trash bags would have been needed if we had actually cooked there. Better soap, lotion, shampoo and creme rinse would be...
