「Apartment 10 is a great little apartment within easy, level walking distance of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beach. It is safe and secure with a gated entrance and very peaceful. 「We chose well when booking this apartment, we've been to Caleta on numerous occasions over the years and this apartment has been the best location, top restaurants, bars & coffee shops are on your doorstep and the beach is only a 7-8 minute stroll. 「Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Es lief alles reibungslos. Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken. Schon zu Hause hat uns der Vermieter angeschrieben und genau erklärt wie der Check in abläuft. Wir wurden dann von einer netten Dame erwartet, die uns die Schlüssel gegeben hat und uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat. 「Wir haben das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben. Die ruhige Siedlung verfügt über keinen Tourismus, hat eine schöne Aussicht und man ist mit dem Mietwagen zeitnah an den schönen Kisten der Insel. 「The complex itself is lovely. It is well-maintained with a nice pool. The apartment is bright with good amenities and the small malfunction we had with the kettle was instantly dealt with and Edyta (our charming property manager) came by with a new one the following day. The complex is not too near the centre of Costa Calma and it took us a couple of days to get used to finding our way to the shops/beach/restaurants but it was well worth it and we grew to really love the place.
