👕 Shared laundry access with the owner (who may occupy the detached Casita). Your private guest refrigerator is located here.

🚫 Restricted areas: The Owner’s Storage Room and Backyard Casita are not accessible. The Casita may be occupied during your stay.

Guest Access:

📌 Street parking available. Please avoid blocking the driveway.

📌 Access to full home, front porch, shared laundry area, and yoga or workout gear.

📌 Backyard is shared if Casita is occupied.

📌 Skeleton key provided for interior laundry access.

📝 Quiet hours: 9 PM – 7 AM outdoors. Please be mindful of neighbors and the homeowner.

📝 Yoga mat & weights provided for light movement (Note: use at your own risk).

📝 Arizona summers can be hot! The AC works efficiently but may take extra time to cool during extreme heat.

🐕 Dog at the Owner’s Detached Casita: The owner may occupy the detached Casita located at the rear of the property and has a dog that stays with them in the Casita/back area. The dog is NOT inside the guest home or guest living spaces. Guests may occasionally hear barking or other normal dog sounds from the rear of the property during their stay. Please keep this in mind when booking, especially if you are sensitive to occasional animal noise.



📬 Mail & Package Disclaimer:

For your convenience, please note the following guidelines regarding mail and deliveries during your stay:

Direct Delivery Only: Any mail, packages, or deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.

No Mailbox Access: We do not have access to the community mailboxes, as they are reserved for owner use only.

Assistance Option: If on‑site coordination or retrieval assistance is needed from our ground team, additional charges may apply.



🚨 Guest Pets Not Allowed

Guests are not permitted to bring pets into the home or guest areas. Any evidence of an unauthorized guest pet will result in a $250 fee.



Interaction with Guests:

Your stay is professionally managed by BnB My Place, we’re here if you need anything! The owner lives in the detached Casita but only interacts with guests in emergencies.
