Really enjoyed our time and stay. Hosts were great to deal with and communicated very well. We had everything we needed. Lots of parking and very easy to go to and from the property. Would stay again. Thanks for making us feel welcome.
We stayed for the Gem and Mineral Show and just needed a place to rest each night. The studio was very nice and clean. Loved that there was laundry facilities. Yvette was very friendly and fast at communication. The location is great for those seeking a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The kitchen was well equipped minus a baking dish. The privacy was nice and enjoyed the little front porch for breakfast in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again!
I travel via car extensively. It is always nice to stay in a place that has room for everything I bring along. It only took a half hour to make this rental my nest. Lots of shelves for storage, hangers, and kitchen space. The owners had the unit well stocked with everyday essentials.
The place was what I expected from the listing. The location near Tucson mountain worked out great for me to explore some trails, and yet was close enough to my new job.
The weather was much colder than I expected, coming from Fl. Such a freak cold spell that it took out the heater. But that was okay because they responded quickly and effectively to solve the problem.
Yes, I would recommend the stay.
It's a bit outside the busy areas of Tucson which was great for us. Had everything we needed. Easy to get in touch with host when we had trouble with directions. Would definitely recommend.
Tuscon is a meca for bike enthusiasts from gravel, to road and mountain biking. We brought all of our bikes for exploring the area. This small home was a perfect home away from home with all the essentials. Hot showers 🚿 are a must and the option for cooking a home cooked meal after a big ride was just right for us. The property is quiet, safe, and secure. Yvette was great to work with and checked in to ensure we had our needs met. We will definitely be returning!
Clean, comfortable, fun, semi rural location, excellent hosts.
Very near state and federal parks. Also near museums, attractions, city shopping, and downtown Tucson venues.
If you like to hike this location is perfect. Close to Saguaro National Park (West) and Tucson Mountain County Park. Both parks are a hiking paradise. And there are some neighborhood cafes and a meat market/taco shop nearby. And Tucson is an easy drive. Country quiet/city convenience.
Yvette is an amazing host and has clearly gone to great lengths to make Summer’s Place feel more like a cozy home than a rental. From small touches to larger points (like the incredibly comfortable mattress!), everything is set up for maximum comfort. The kitchen is small, but well equipped to cook anything you might want to make for two. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and drop-dead gorgeous. Perfect place to come back to after a day in the local mountains! Thanks for a great stay!
This was our first time using VRBO, and was were pleasantly surprised. Summer’s Place is perfect for a couple, it’s well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed.
We felt at home immediately!
The canine greeting party would lead us in whenever we returned from our adventures in Tucson and the surrounding desert.
Yvette messaged us to make sure we had everything we needed and gave tips on things to do!
This is s great little getaway west of the city!
