WE LOVED: - mountain views in back and city in front.
-nice, quiet, homey area. -Location feels semi-rural, but is very convenient. -Lots of good restaurants handy. - Furnishings comfortable, although bed seemed cramped -Washer/dryer large and work well. -Landlord responded quickly when we requested trash/recyclable pickups. Interesting books in bookcase, w/magazines highlighting local interests.
DID NOT LOVE:
-Kitchen had mismatched dishes, sparse flatware, poor cookware. -Property needs repairs. -Hot water sometimes brown. Cold water usually yellowish. Bought water/ice for consumption. -Hard to find driveway turn-in in daylight. At night almost impossible, and road is extremely busy. Reflectors on mailbox post have lost reflectiveness, and are lost among the highway indicators along the road.
SURPRISED BY: -bathroom is on first floor, but bedroom is upstairs. -No key to security door, so couldn’t leave inside door open on pretty days. -Unlike photos, neither grill nor swing on patio, nor chairs/table by unit door. -No footrest to “Eames’ chair in bedroom. -Washer/dryer are on different part of property, shared with another rental. Had time conflicts on use. Suggest landlord make sure both units are aware of assigned times.
