Modern, cozy 3BR home in a quiet neighborhood just 12 min to UA, 10 min to downtown, and 18 min to the airport. King suite, queen room, bunk room, and sectionals that form a large extra bed. Fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, washer/dryer, and great outdoor space with an Arizona room, large artificial grass play area, grill, and comfortable furniture - perfect for morning coffee or watching the kids play. Family-friendly with toys, books, Pack ’n Play, and high chair. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Please note: This is a family home. No parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests. Booking guest must be 25+ and staying at the property.

The house was perfect for our Volleyball Tournament needs this weekend. The owner was more than helpful providing everything we needed to check in and check out ahead of time. Quiet neighborhood and very convenient to get in and out to our destinations. The house was so clean and very comfortable. Master bed very comfortable! Looking forward to booking it again for next year's Volleyball tournament.

Communication with the host, Amanda, was great from the very beginning. The house is very nice...clean, freshly painted, well-furnished including a big, comfy sectional in the living room. The backyard is very nice, too. The location was perfect for us in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores etc.
