  • Enjoy fresh air, abundant sunshine, and mountain views from the comfort of this serene condo where you'll also have access to an on-site pool, hot tub, game room, and fitness room. While this property is just a dozen miles from the heart of Tucson, you'll also find yourself close to trailheads and parks for incredible hikes, the DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun, the historic Rialto Theatre for premium live entertainment, and multiple golf courses that are sure to please those eager to get out on the links!

    Inside, enjoy and open and very inviting interior illuminated by plenty of natural light. The well-equipped, full kitchen offers a suite of stainless steel appliances to make meal prep easy. Dine at the breakfast bar, gathered around the nearby table, or outside on the screened patio. Back indoors, the living area boasts twin sofas and a large TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts.

    Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer for your convenience and central air-conditioning for your comfort.

    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Enjoyed the location. It was pretty quiet and peaceful. Even though it was still a little warm outside (late August in the Sonoran Desert), we enjoyed the patios which were shaded very well.

Lovely

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. Fight by the pool which made it super convenient for a quick dip. Only complaints is that the wifi was sketchy and it has the loudest washing machine I've ever heard, but it still didn't detract from pleasant stay.

Catalina Foothills perfection

This unit and complex are great! We were in Tucson for graduation and had two adults and four children. The unit is spacious for six people to hang out, plus it’s right next to the pool and hot tub. Everything was super clean and instructions were sent for everything from parking and check in, to WiFi and check out. Communication about the unit was excellent so we couldn’t have been happier. I would recommend this unit if you’re in the area.

Very nice

Quiet, clean and nicely furnished. Nice size for 2-4 persons. Located on the first floor which was convenient. No noise from above. Reserved parking spot close to the entry. Great location for exploring the foothills and an easy drive downtown.

Beautiful Ventana Canyon

This is a lovely condo in Ventana Canyon with easy access to hiking, shopping and restaurants. It would have been nice to have a few amenities upon arrival such as coffee and kitchen supplies. We were shocked at the 10am checkout time and the fact that the cleaners came before that time and waited for us to leave.

Not Clean

Overall disappointed in this property. There was a dead cockroach and cobwebs in the master bedroom. There was no bath mat for the master shower and the water damage shows around the baseboards and the floor was dirty. Did not feel comfortable walking around barefoot. On the plus side, the bed was fairly comfortable, but the couches in the living room were not suitable for full sized adults. Thankfully I am petite and managed just fine. Can't recommend this property.

Service Shortfalls Made Our Long Stay Unpleasant

This negative review could have been entirely avoided if the Vacasa manager, Jennifer, had addressed our concerns, but instead, we were ignored repeatedly. The garbage disposal sprayed food and water when turned on, and although Jennifer promised a plumber would arrive the next day, it was a no-show; after following up, she rescheduled for two days later, but again no one came, leaving us disappointed with the lack of follow-through during a 40-day stay. The television also didn’t function properly, constantly buffering every five minutes despite resetting the Wi-Fi and trying other fixes, and when we sought Jennifer’s help, she dismissed our concerns, stating the TV was only two years old and the Wi-Fi signal was good; even after pleading for someone to check the router, she refused, and when asked to come herself, she retorted, “I can’t be everywhere at once.” The unit’s cleanliness left much to be desired, as the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was covered in a thick layer of dust, and there was a missing board under the sink—issues that were not only evident but should have been addressed, especially given prior guest complaints. Ultimately, the problem wasn’t just the condition of the unit but the lack of responsiveness and unwillingness from Jennifer and the Vacasa team to take simple actions that would have made our stay more enjoyable; for a 40-day rental, we expected a far higher standard of service and care.
