Enjoy my private ground-floor 2 bedroomcondo located in the popular bustling Hedricks Acres neighborhood. Fully-furnished and well-stocked kitchen, 12" Green Tea memory foam mattresses, private patio, community washer/dryer in the clubhouse, and steps to the Jacuzzi and pool.

When my family vacations here we have found it to be a clean, safe, and relaxing, and I'm sure you will too! My goal is to provide the most accurate and comfortable experience possible, but in case we forgot something, send a message or call anytime during your reservation. Me and my co-host Lisa are always here to help.

You will have private access to all of the community amenities, including the swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, BBQ, picnic tables, clubhouse kitchen, and meeting space. laundry facilities are clean, shared, and available in the clubhouse with credit/debit card.

We apologize, but access to the mailbox is not possible at this location. The post office is close by.

We take pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our condo with actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangements, which may slightly differ from what's pictured.

While staying in this community please be respectful of our neighbors! No parties and extra guests are not allowed to use the community amenities. Rowdy behavior reflects poorly on us and we will charge $250 or more per violation. We welcome dogs only. No cats. Lastly, please do not use the fireplace (it is not operable)

• Unfortunately we cannot allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.

• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.

• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors.

• No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.

• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.

• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.

• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $100.

• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
