"This was our first time staying here and we were very upset about our stay. The room obviously was not cleaned to the point of being gross. There was a brown smeared stain on the shower curtain sitting next to the toilet, dust dusting all the cubbies for the towels that we needed to use, a small cut straw left on the counter behind the Kleenex dispenser and the tub and shower were both dirty. We are most disgusted by the brown smeared stain on the shower curtain, I did go down and inform the main desk. They were busy so I was handed another one and told to leave our dirty one out in the hallway. That dirty one remained in the hallway outside our room the rest of the day and throughout the entire night until we left the next day."

"Great family resort! My kids loved it during spring break. Only thing resort only takes credit card on all extras , as a Canadian with the conversion can be pricy . Overall great ! They have everything on the resort "

"This property is fantastic. Sooooo much room 4 spacious bedrooms. One n the lower floor is a full suite. We went with my whole family. 1 couple and 1 year old in bottom floor suite, 2 adult kids if n the bunk room and 1 adult child in huge master. Parents on second floor with our own bathroom. 3 1/2 bathroom in total.. fireplaces on main and lower floors. Televisions in all bedrooms and living room. 8 person wraparound couch so comfortable. Kitchen has much more than standard supplies. Lots of pots and pans. More than enough pryex dishes. Crock pot, electric griddle, kitchen aid mixer. I'm a cook and loved it all. If you can't find something, look in a closet. Extra table, pillows, blanket. Game room in garage is terrific . Pool table upright arcade games, and my favorite a pachinko machine on the wall. My whole family loved it , I highly recommend this house for rental. We plan to return. Many thanks to great hosts!!"

"The cottage was warm and cozy and had everything we needed. The host was great. Very clean and in a great location about a 20 minute drive to everything from restaurants to shopping. "

"We totally enjoyed the cabin; it was in the perfect location that we needed to be in. The host was very responsive to our questions when we had them. We provided some feed back to them regarding some points of information that would be very helpful when guests need it. While it was too inviting, we did not use the pool, but we cleaned it of leaves daily. There were dead frogs in the skimmer that needed attention. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed to cook our meals The rooms were tidy and neat but not really clean. Attention is needed in the bathrooms and dusting was needed in some of the bedrooms. The vents in the rooms were in need of a wiping down, the oven needs to be cleaned, and all the tile floors really need a good vacuuming. We tried to vacuum but the vacuum canaster was not emptied and needed to be cleaned in the filter area as it was not picking up.We tidied up as the hosts requested and hope it was to their satisfaction. I would definitely rent this cabin again as it had a warm and cozy feeling to it. Our group enjoyed our time there."
