The condo is fully furnished, including washer/dryer, AC/ heating system, Satellite TV, & free WiFi. Cozy living room with fireplace. Separate workspace on the main floor. Private patio with a dining table & BBQ. Minutes to Year-round outdoor heated pool/hot tub & gym and the Tubac village.

I rented the condo for my daughter and her partner and overflow guests for our family reunion in here in the Barrio de Tubac/Santiago. They found the condo to be very comfortable and clean, with very good Wi-Fi that enabled them to work from home. The Embarcadero Townhouse community is quiet, friendly, beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. Although there was no time in their schedule for the pool, I can testify that it is a first-class facility and great gathering place. We enjoyed the contact-free check-in/check-out. Thank you, Nasrin, I will certainly seek you out again if the need arises in the future.

This was a very enjoyable place to stay. Very clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet, much better than a hotel room. Convenient distance for day trips to bird sanctuaries and natural areas from Tucson to Patagonia. Excellent food choices at the Tubac Market.

Perfect Place

All around excellent place to stay. Has everything you need for a great trip. Location is a short walk from shopping and restaurants. Historical sites are a short drive away. Highly recommend.

Relaxing getaway in Tubac

We loved the area prior to staying here. Everyone is so friendly. Lots of hiking on the de Anza trail nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet at night. The place was very clean and smelled great upon entering.

Great Place in Tubac

Very comfortable, clean and spacious house. The development is nicely landscaped, making it a nice walk to the pool and fitness center. Walking to town and around other neighborhoods is easy and enjoyable with more walkers than cars. We recommend this place!

We loved the rental. It was clean and well supplied. The first night the air conditioning went out and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We contacted the owner and she was immediately on it getting the air fixed the next day. She reimbursed our first nights rent which was showing her desire to make her renters happy with the property and stay.

Family Visit

Great place to stay if you are looking for a central location between Nogales and Tucson. Great quiet community with friendly neighbors. The house was very clean and Nasrin is very quick to reply if you have any problems.

Surprise Birthday for my mom!

The area was beautiful, and the accommodations were perfect. Very well kept property with attractive Southwest decor! Fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of linens. We would certainly recommend this property….. since the temps were over 100 degrees every day, we took full advantage of the large community pool, it was the perfect end to everyday!

everything nice

place is spacious, conveniently located, nicely furnished and maintained... Unlike some of the apartments in this development, it does not have the upstairs outside covered porch, so if you want one of those, you should look elsewhere. But everything else about the condo was perfect...
