「The hotel is located on a hill with a superb view of the bay, though it involves a 20 minute hilly walk or a taxi ride (for 3.80 euros) to reach the hotel from Samos Town/Vathy if you do not have a car. No kettle, cups, tea/coffee are provided in the room but the staff was kind enough to offer hot water and cups when I asked for them (I had my tea bags). The staff were generally very helpful - they helped with directions, ordered a taxi free of charge etc. All the taxi drivers were reliable and...

「We had a fantastic stay. Close to the beach and just 10 minutes to Pythagorion. The room where big and clean and the bathroom where the most spacius we ever have had in greece. Perhaps was the best of all the friendly and helpful staf, it started with the breakfast when we where served our coffee and then it continued the same way for he hole day and week. 「I am so happy I booked at Hotel Mykali. This is a family-run business and everyone was wonderful! The view is amazing, the pool is refreshing, and the drinks and food were great. It’s a short cab ride or walk into Pythagoreio, which is a wonderful little town with many shops and bistros by the harbor. This is not a fancy stay, but it was clean and pleasant and met all of my needs for a fair price. 」
